This two bedroom apartment was just renovated, and is ready for guests to enjoy the space. Located in downtown Exeter, this airbnb is walking distance to all that Exeter has to offer.

Exeter is a short drive to the shores of Lake Huron as Grand Bend is just 20 minutes West. Exeter is also close to London.

There is free parking out back, wifi and Netflix are also included. This unit has a queen air mattress to accommodate extra guests.

Labour Day Vacation

Newly renovated last year. Fully equipped kitchen with everything. Beautiful laminate floors, lovely beds with thick comforters. Fully equipped bathroom with shampoos, conditioners and body washes.

It was very hot day, when we came it was 30 in apartment and it was only one small , very noisy AC in bedroom, it ruined my stay …Everything else was ok..

We arrived at the property around 11pm, and the door code didn't work. It was a mess trying to contact the host (who didn't respond), Vrbo (the rental company), and Expedia at that time, while trying to book another hotel to stay at. Can't comment on the quality of the property because we never stepped foot inside. The owner responded the next day and offered a full refund and a free stay, but we would not recommend this place unless you want to risk being locked out.
