BEACH FRONT LUXURY HOME
Sitting just a stones throw from Safety Beach you cannot get closer to the water than this magnificent property.
A recently renovated 50sqm home that has been in the same family for four generations.
Providing breath taking 180 degree views of Port Phillip Bay and close to everything the peninsula has to offer, this house provides a truly unique experience.
An amazing balcony and huge backyard too.
With the ability to sleep 13 people this is an excellent family location!
Designed with the view at its heart, the top floor of this house includes a large open plan living arrangement overlooking the bay, with large balcony and BBQ area. A gas log fireplace and smart TV is featured in the lounge with central cooling and heating throughout. The spacious kitchen allows a large family to entertain with ease. The second living area features another smart TV, study and powder room as well as a spacious master bedroom, with TV and with beautifully appointed ensuite.
Downstairs comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 powder room, double garage and access to a very large enclosed garden at the rear of the property. An outdoor shower is available for the post beach wash off. The front gate automatically closes and locks to ensure maximum security. This luxurious house is available all year round.

Situated in the heart of Safety Beach with everything the Peninsula has to offer on its doorstep this house is perfectly located. Renovated only a few years ago with a major focus of both indoor and outdoor living at the heart this house has been designed for families and friends to connect. Whether its sitting on the balcony enjoying the sunsets or relaxing by the fire in the cooler months this house has the lot. A literal stones throw from the beach means you can easily get your holiday shuffle on.

The balcony offering 180 degree ocean views, 50 sqm of space inside and large grass backyard mean that guests of any age will never be struggling for something to do.
