Filty apartment and no assistance from Yrba
1. I couldn't get into 5he apartments when I came. The instructions given did not work. Only after a longer inquiry with the landlord did I succeed.
2. The apartment was clearly not cleaned properly. Tables and other surfaces were not wiped off. The carpet was clearly not vacuumed.
The fridge and freezer were stocked with food scraps.
3. The towels were not clean-washed,
4. Missing kitchen towel and rags.
5. I tried to get in touch with the landlord via email but got no response. I then turned to Vrvo's Danish Help Center about my experiences. The employee of the help center did not seem to be competent, but he promised to send an email to the landlord. I asked the employee to send me a copy of the email.
I have not heard further from the help center and there has been no reaction from the landlord.
I am very disappointed and will not be able to recommend Yrbo to friends or family.
