This lovely apartment is located in a quiet residential area just 10mins drive to Nelson's Tahunanui Beach and the Nelson City Centre - ideal retreat for couples or traveling professionals looking for fantastic accommodation to enhance an incredible Nelson experience!
**Special conditions & notes**:
- No party or venue use. No Smoking. By special written permission small pets may be allowed - please contact us with details of your pet (a $50 per night pet fee will apply).
- This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the minor trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
- Please note this property is not suitable for children under the age of 12. If you are traveling with younger children please contact us to discuss.
- Separate Apartment - Below Nelson Vista Apartment is a separately tenanted or bookable apartment. Access, parking & facilities are separate, but due to the proximity of the apartments we ask that guests are mindful of noise, particularly at night & early morning.
- Stairs - This property has stairs between the Master suite and living area.
**Cancellation, COVID travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**:
- Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
- We will provide free postponement of your booking in the event of government travel restrictions, serious illness or other eligible compassionate circumstances.

This home is located in the Tasman Heights area of Britannia Heights. This beautiful part of Nelson is blessed with incredible panoramic views & all day sun. The homes are modern & typically architectural. The neighbourhood is quiet, private & is regarded as a fantastic place to live. It's less than a 10min drive to the city centre & less than a 5min drive to Nelson's main swimming beach.
