Relax and enjoy the beauty of exterior appearance & interior design - features curves. terrazzo spine walls, warm-coloured polished concrete floors, numerous pot plants & colourful artworks with excellent 180-degree North-facing green & blue vistas over the hills & beautiful Tasman Bay from its elevated position above Nelson's Port hills.
NOTE: This home is not suitable for young children under the age of 6. Please enquire before booking.
**Special conditions**:
Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.
**Cancellation Policy**:
- Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.

All high contact, food preparation and hard wet surfaces are hygienically cleaned and sanitised and our linens are professionally laundered at 80ºC, with bed linens further ironed at 120ºC by one of New Zealand's leading laundry experts, leaving them crisp, clean & superbly comfortable!
