Perfectly quiet & exquisitely positioned to take advantage of the spectacular views over the Boulder Bank, Nelson's historic lighthouse, Tasman Bay & the horizon beyond.
Lighthouse Vista is situated in the heart of Nelson's 'Golden Triangle' - Between the Waterfront, the city centre & Tahunanui Beach.
Dedicated high-speed WiFi, Smart TV, comfortable beds, fully-equipped kitchen, off-street parking and a small garage for the secure storage of bicycles, kayaks or motorbikes.
The 3-bedroom setup accommodates up to 8 guests. On the main level, there is a powder room, while downstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king bed with an ensuite offering a shower, toilet, and vanity. Two additional bedrooms include single over wider double bunk setups, and there is a main bathroom with a shower, separate bath, toilet, and vanity. In total, there are 2.5 bathrooms in this well-appointed space.
**Special conditions & notes**:
- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.
- Stairs - This is a split-level home with short flights of stairs between the main living level & lower bedroom / bathroom levels.
**Cancellation Policy**:
