Nice place. Pillows were smelly though. Also, the neighbor blared loud music for hours up until 11pm despite my asking them nicely to turn it down. Would have been a nice stay in a better nieghborhood!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the property overall. Regarding the noise, the City of Thorold permits amplified noise until 11:00 p.m. on weekends, so while we understand it may have been disruptive, it was within the city’s permitted quiet hours. As for the pillows, we’re sorry to hear this was your experience. However, no concerns about the pillows or their cleanliness were brought to our attention during your stay, and we would have been happy to replace them immediately had we been notified. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to provide the best experience possible for our guests.

The place smelled terrible when we got there. Like mildew and was ridiculously hot. Wasn't very clean dust, fingerprints on windows, dirty floors spilled things in cabinets. things in drawers like tissues and garbage.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. During your one night stay, no concerns regarding cleanliness, odors, or the temperature of the home were brought to our attention. Had we been notified, we would have gladly addressed any issues immediately to make your stay more comfortable. We take pride in maintaining our property and appreciate constructive feedback. While we respect every guest’s opinion, many of the photos shared were taken inside drawers and beneath furniture, areas that are not part of the normal guest experience. We remain committed to providing a clean, welcoming home and continuously work with our cleaning team to maintain high standards for all future guests.

Beds were extremely comfortable! Layout of the house was perfect for two couples to have space apart and together. Would suggest property owner upgrade the chairs to something more comfortable or potentially consider adding another couch. House was very clean and check in was easy!

The house is very comfortable, it was very clean, and it's very close to tourist attractions like Niagara Falls and the outlet malls. The only thing I could say is that the kitchen could be better equipped; if someone wants to cook, they'll find it difficult to do so, and there wasn't a single trash bag or dish soap, things that are usually provided in all the houses I've rented.
