Great location

Clean, comfortable, great location. Easy access to the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed a cool drink on the deck and my tall husband liked the king-size bed!

The property was very nicely presented, with a bright sunny aspect. The walk to the village was really easy with use of the footpath at the back. Would definitely look to stay again and recommend to friends.

Stylish apartment, easy walk to Matakana village

Beautifully presented, modern, stylish and fully equipped apartment, only a short walk to Matakana village. Lovely private terrace with views to the garden. Perfect base for couples wanting to explore the area, with the bonus that you can have a wine or two in the village and walk home! Would highly recommend and hope to return!

Idyllic, peaceful and relaxing

A gorgeous wee place nestled in the heart of matakana. So lovely to be able to relax with one of my bestie's in such a beautiful home. Jules was super helpful and went to lengths to make our stay a great one. Great tip if you're going with the friend she is able to separate the bed into two singles. The property was beautifully furnished and conducive to snuggling down and relaxing

Small but well equipped and very clean apartment underneath the owner’s property. Situated on a very quiet/ peaceful residential street around a 5 minute walk to the village (accessed from a path behind the house). Not the cheapest, but a high standard of accommodation in a good location; ideal for a couple on a short break.

Pleasant apartment, below house. All facilities excellent. Very close to main shopping area through a lane from bottom of section. Very private, and in nice neighbourhood. Owner on site, but didn’t make herself known.

Would highly recommend!! Wonderful location, being 5 mins walk from Matakana village and within easy driving distance to lovely walks & sightseeing areas. Would recommend Brick Bay Wines & Sculpture Trail, Leigh coastal walk, Ti Point Coastal Walk, Tāwharanui Peninsula plus Matakana Village itself. The apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay. Bed was extremely comfortable, well equipped kitchen, small bathroom but very adequate. Everything we needed really. Jules was very easy to communicate with. A delightful host! Many thanks...
