Come stay at this brand new modern home that has 4 bedrooms 2 bath home in a well-established and safe Lubbock neighborhood. This location is perfect for small families or large groups. Plenty of parking in the front ensures that you will have space for your vehicles and the fenced-in back yard makes it perfect for kids. This house features all new furniture, fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, and the best mattresses.

Three of the four bedrooms feature a Queen Size bed with the most comfortable mattress you will sleep on while traveling. The master has a king bed with its own attached bathroom

The bathrooms are clean, bright, and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Enjoy soaking in the standalone tub in the master bedroom during your stay.

The living room features plenty of seating with comfy couches and accent chairs that also allows for an additional place for a guest or two to sleep.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. New granite countertops, modern themes, and a huge island with barstool seating makes for a memorable experience

The dining area has a smaller table with seating for 4 guests. Other guests can enjoy their food at the large island with barstools.

The backyard is large well fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets.

This property includes a two-car garage and plenty of free parking along the street. All areas of the house are available to guests.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Should you need anything during your stay we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We are always available by text or phone call and pride ourselves on our quick responses. Please use the Airbnb app or call or text us for any communication. E-mail does not work, and we will not see your messages. Garrott and Shawna are your local hosts for this Airbnb. All communication will take place between Garrott or Shawna. Upon booking you will receive our contact information.

Modern Uptown is located in the new Uptown West neighborhood in Northwest Lubbock. It is a very safe neighborhood. Very easy access to shopping, (wal-mart is 1 mile away) dining, and entertainment. Located close to everything.
- No pets
- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 fine
- No smoking inside the property No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
