This was our first trip to Sarasota. Our accommodations were perfect. The condo was ideal for the 3 of us. Our daughter loved the pool and we all loved the closeness of the beach. The free trolley at the end of the driveway gave us a chance to sit back and enjoy the sights. Stores and restaurants are close by.I called Donna twice just for some information- my calls were promptly returned. We’d love to return.

Siesta Key-Crescent Beach area

The home interior was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen contained everything needed to make stay enjoyable. I liked the location close to Crescent Beach access. I would stay there again. The only issue the internet access was not great, I used my hotspot. The owner was responsive to my request.

Beach trip

Great trip. Nice beach to catch some waves. Disappointed that the pool was closed. We ate at some good restaurants. Accommodations met our needs. It was well stocked with everything you need. Great location.

Perfect location for the beach

Grounds were kept very clean condo was clean beach chairs were a little old but served the purpose and the coffee pot needed to be cleaned kitchen was fully stocked and had everything for our needs. Would definitely stay again. Our host Donna was remarkable.

Exactly as described-fun beach decor.every beach toy possible. Outdoor grill area was perfect with 2 gas ranges.2 minute walk to baby powder sand ,warm water,lots of sun.definitely coming back

Celebration of life service

So disappointed- when we arrived a window of the laundry room boarded up , we entered and started unpacking and blind slats missing so outside could see in at night - but the thing that makes this so poor is the bed- said it was a king bed - it’s actually 3 twins in one. Left side , middle hump, right side - the right side was dug in from wear so badly that if you tried to roll over you couldn’t because middle part of mattress higher - same with left side but not as bad- this mattress did not get into that bad shape overnight - it has been neglected - I slept horrible - final blow was listing said beach across the street but that is a private way - had to walk 15 min to public walkway or drive 13 min to public beach - very deceiving - I was there to pay respect and remember my dad who passed away in Jan - we wanted to celebrate his life - hard to do when exhausted -

Siesta key stay

Condo overall was not too bad. Very outdated. Bathrooms were not cleaned very well. Had mold in showers and shower liner was not replaced in what looked like a long time. The location was good. Pool area was nice. I would go back but I would recommend cleaning services would be better

Girl’s weekend in Siesta Key

Location was great, easy walk across the street to the beach, great bars and restaurants nearby. Crescent Club is our favorite! Walk to different boat tours, trolley stop. We used the free rides that come right to you and bring you to the Village. We loved the Beach Club and Blaisé Martini Bar. The unit was ok. It was clean but definitely needed to be uncluttered. Every closet we opened was full of random towels, sheets, blankets,hangers, chairs, umbrellas, random cleaning supplies. Nothing matched and there was 3 of everything. I think the provided supplies could be edited so it won’t feel so cluttered. The parking was easy and the pool was deep and heated, we enjoyed the pool every afternoon. All in all, good stay, exactly what we needed for a beach weekend. I would stay here again!

Good location, nice condo

We had a nice stay at this condo which is well located across from Crescent Beach. The space was comfortable and offered a nice pool and beach gear including chairs, umbrellas and towels. Some more basic amenities would be great—bathroom soap, paper towels. Also, just be aware that some full-time residence do not embrace transient visitors.

Nice location

A quick 10 minute stroll to the the water and quiet location makes this spot worth considering. Screened in table with umbrella is a nice place for coffee in the morning. We never had time to try the pool. Lots of utensils, dishes, pots, and pans.

Awful stay

Property was very dirty. Multiple alive Cockroaches on 2 separate days in guest bathroom, main bathroom, and in pullout coach in living room. Contacted property manager to get this resolved and said she wasn’t able to get this done for 2 days. I insisted this be resolved asap due to having small children. She came next day and sprayed and left the dead cockroaches in the guest bathroom, main bathroom and under pull out couch in the living room. I then told her I wanted to speak to the property owner after the second findings of the roaches. Only way to do this was through email. Sent the owner an email and he stated they are palmetto bugs and is a normal thing in SW FL. I have been coming to siesta key for 13 years and have never had this issue. I spoke to several neighbors and they did not have this issue we were having… Make sure you bring own blankets and pillows. Beach chairs Broken, outdoor umbrella broken. Took all previous reviews with a grain of salt…. Then stayed and All previous reviews regarding stays are true. Would not stay here again. Only positive is it is a very quiet area and location to the beach was convenient

Nice Location!

We stayed during the spring break season and had a nice time. Cozy condo overall, however we had a few critters during our stay. Nice heated pool, and condo was close to the beach! The condo had everything we needed, enjoyed the screened Lanai also.

Wonderful Stay

This was the cutest little place, perfect for a long girls weekend with some of my best friends. Walking distance to the beach and to several dining locations. They had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and even a cooler for us to use. Frank the property owner was super helpful! Definitely recommend and will probably use for future visits to siesta key.

Très bien situé

a quelques minutes de la plage, il y a tous les équipements requis pour cuisiner incluant un b.b.q. au propane avec une bombonne de gaz en supplément. Un dépanneur à 3 minutes à pied. L'arrivée très facile et l'hôte est très gentil.
