The Space:

Welcome to your private Scottsdale resort retreat, a spacious desert escape featuring a heated pool, pickleball court, putting green, bocce court, and private casita designed for unforgettable group getaways. With nearly 3,500 square feet of living space and a backyard built for recreation and relaxation, this professionally designed home offers the perfect setting for families, golf trips, and friends traveling together.



From the moment you arrive, the home’s inviting front courtyard with swinging love seats sets a relaxed and welcoming tone. Inside, the open living space is anchored by a dramatic two-way fireplace that connects the main living room and billiards lounge. Vaulted ceilings, a large sectional, and a 65” Smart TV create a comfortable gathering space perfect for movie nights, game days, or simply relaxing with the group.



The West Wing kitchen is designed for connection and entertaining, featuring white shaker cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a fully stocked coffee bar for slow mornings before heading out to explore Scottsdale. The kitchen flows easily into the living areas and a formal dining room with seating for eight—ideal for shared meals or catered dinners.



The home’s layout offers excellent separation and privacy across multiple sleeping areas. The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, patio access, and a spa-style en-suite bathroom designed for relaxation.



Two additional guest bedrooms in the West Wing offer queen beds and share a full bathroom, while the East Wing guest suite includes two queen beds, vaulted ceilings, an en-suite bath, and French doors opening directly to the backyard.



A separate casita suite provides an additional private retreat with its own entrance, vaulted ceilings, kitchenette, workspace, Smart TV, reading nook, and full bathroom—perfect for couples, grandparents, or guests who prefer extra privacy.



The home gym offers another bonus amenity with a NordicTrack treadmill, FightCamp boxing system, weights, yoga mats, and Smart TV for guests who want to stay active during their stay.



Step outside and the backyard becomes a true private desert playground. The heated deep-water pool and separate shallow play pool are surrounded by lounge chairs, a daybed, and a swim-up bar designed for sunny afternoons.



Multiple entertainment zones make the outdoor space perfect for groups. The covered patio features misters, ceiling fans, a 55” outdoor TV, and comfortable lounge seating, while the sunken cabana with BBQ, refrigerator, and TV creates an ideal space for outdoor meals and gatherings.

Other Things to Note:

This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.



A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.



The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.



This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).
