Indulge in relaxation in the living room, furnished with comfortable couches, a 50-inch smart TV, working desk and chair, and coffee tables. Adjacent is the dining area, seating four comfortably, and conveniently located next to the kitchen for easy meal preparation. This apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) and you'll have one designated parking spot can fit 2 sedans with one car parked behind the other (extra guest parking available). For electric vehicle owners, an EV charging station is available on a first-come-first-served basis within the property.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.
📌 IMPORTANT: All required documents (ID, signed agreement, and security deposit) must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete this requirement within the 24-hour timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Please note that the cardholder named on the reservation must be present at check-in and take a quick selfie with their ID in front of the property before we can release the entry code.
