Great location

The villa was very comfortable and clean. Pool was great and the location made it easy to get anywhere you wanted! The staff were lovely. Weather wasn’t great so it was nice to have somewhere comfy to relax. Loved it!

Private rental villa, run down.

Check in and communication with host was really hard. Messaged host 2 days prior and got a message back 10 hours prior to check in saying that we need to let them know check in time 24 hours in advance or there will be a wait time. Told them straight away and still had to wait 30 minutes out the front for them to come. There were problems with the pool (started emptying itself). Ants in the ensuite bathroom towels. Missing cabinetry from the kitchen. No coffee mugs on check in, they were brought from the other villa after the guests checked out. The kitchen sink leaked on the floor after use. shower facet was broken and sprayed water everywhere when using. water pressure and hot water was very bad. had to boil the kettle in order to shave as the water was about 30 degrees out of the tap. The main bedroom door didn't close properly so there were mosquitoes in there constantly. Decking around the pool had raised nails coming out of it. The place was only cleaned 3 times over ten days and I had to communicate with them about that they wanted to confirm each time instead of just doing it every morning. The staff were nice, but the villa was seriously under serviced. Also, a three-bedroom villa that sleeps six having a small couch that can really only fit 3 unless you're sitting on top of each other seems not well thought out. Half the fans were linked to the light switches so you couldn't have one on without the other. Overpriced, underserviced and run down but great location
