DESCRIPTION

Charming chalet located on a peaceful and wooded site that can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Featuring an interior finish in pine and natural cedar as well as a stone fireplace, the chalet seduces with its rustic character. Built in the heart of nature, the Lac Vert chalet is a privileged vacation spot in all seasons.

The chalet has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms as well as a large open area which includes kitchen, dining room and living room. A large balcony and a gazebo equipped with mosquito nets communicate with the ground floor. A patio table and a BBQ are installed there. In the basement, a games room has been set up. Private SPA next to the chalet.

For maximum comfort, the chalet is fully equipped: 3 Queen beds, 1 sofa bed, bedding and lingerie, bath/shower, washer, dryer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, full kitchen, dining table for 6 seats, cable television, DVD/Blu-ray, Playstation, mini stereo, magazines and books, collection of films and television series, Babyfoot table, ping-pong table, board games, BBQ, fire ring, canoe/kayak.

In winter, the entrance to the chalet is cleared of snow. There is space to park up to 4 cars. The chalet is available for rental for various periods ranging from weekends to months.
