The Space:

Please note that the water has a smell of sulfur. It is safe to drink but you are more than welcome to bring your own bottled water.

There are approximately 100 to 125 steps to access the dock and lake. These stairs are not shoveled in winter time. Thank you.

There is only one kayak provided. The municipality does not allow the launching of any type of boat brought by travelers.

During winter, you need winter tires.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Wentworth-Nord, the cottage offers an enchanting setting in the heart of the Laurentides. Surrounded by the canopy of trees, it overlooks Lac Laurel, offering breathtaking panoramic views. The surrounding area abounds with outdoor activities, from kayak rides to refreshing swims from the private dock. The mountains invite adventure, with hiking trails to discover. For unforgettable evenings, there's nothing like gathering around the fire under the starry sky.



Other Things to Note:

As the residence is located in the countryside, there could be - despite the necessary measures put in place to prevent this - insects or small animals in the vicinity or getting inside if doors and/or windows are left open.



Dogs are allowed, ideally only one dog at a time. There is an additional fee of $100+ tax per dog. The guest must agree to the dog rules. We reserve the right to refuse excessive numbers of dogs or the presence of dogs during peak seasons.



To finalize the chalet reservation, we kindly ask for a copy of an official photo ID (such as a driver’s license, health card, or passport).

A security deposit of $750 is required as a pre-authorization on a credit card for all rentals made through certain platforms.



This chalet does not have air conditioning.
