On one side you have ocean views of Middleton Point watching the surf and the other, Brock Reserve with waves crashing on the rocks below with view of gorgeous green hills, prime location for whale watching during season. Plenty of space to spend time with friends or hide away and be on your own.

Bed 1 - Spacious large bedroom with King bed, own Ensuite, ceiling fan and 65" Smart TV, access to back balcony with stunning ocean views/sun rising.

Extra Toilet/Powder-room Upstairs for guests.

DOWNSTAIRS. All bedrooms have their own Smart TV's and all have ceiling fans PLUS:
Bed 2 - Queen with set of bunks and own Ensuite.
Bed 3 - Queen with own Ensuite.
Bed 4 - Queen with huge bathroom next door.
Everyone has their own bathroom!
