Seascapes at Rosedale is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation.This is a lovely Rosedale cottage with glorious ocean views and lovely gardens. Perfect for the family beach holiday.There is a large open plan living and dining with a well equipped kitchen. A gorgeous covered deck off the back living has a BBQ and there is a verandah at the front with stunning views of the beach. A wood burning fire will keep you snug in winter. Just bring your beach towels and you are set. The back yard is beautiful and fully fenced for the 4 legged family members (please note fencing not suitable for large dogs) and there is room for a boat at the front.

Bedroom 2 - 1 x queen
Bedroom 3 - 1 x double
Bedroom 4 - 1 x single plus trundle (this bedroom adjoins bedroom 3)
All linen is included

Bathroom/laundry: One ensuite plus family bathroom. Laundry with washing machine.

Late checkout until 4pm on Sunday with a weekend booking.

Excellent, clean, eclectic house in top spot

A lovely place, with lots of nooks and levels so a group can spread out. When I see 'pet friendly' I usually avoid because it means 'smells doggy", but this place was odor-free! Great, well-equipped kitchen. Outdoor spaces on both sides for all weather. Lots of personal touches.

Ideal Holiday Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely Home in an ideal location. Close to a lovely beach in a quiet neighborhood. Just a couple of little maintenance things to take care of. There was an awful smell coming from the kitchen sink probably due to some trap maintenance and there is no lighting in the laundry. If we were in the Batemans Bay area again we would gladly stay here again.Thanks to the hosts.

Pleasant beach holiday

Our family stayed at this lovely property over the Christmas period. The house had everything we needed and was well located within walking distance to the beach. We really enjoyed its position on the hill and were able to observe native bird life while dining on the deck. In booking our stay the communication was excellent. Overall an enjoyable stay.
