Seascapes at Rosedale is proudly managed by Batemans Bay Accommodation.

This is a lovely Rosedale cottage with glorious ocean views and lovely gardens nestled in an idyllic bush setting. Perfect for the family beach holiday with a large open plan living and dining with a fully equipped kitchen. Move effortlessly from morning coffee on the front deck with stunning views of the beach to sunset drinks and BBQs on a covered back deck listening bird song in a gorgeous garden. A wood burning fire will keep you snug in winter. You are walking distance to 3 beaches, so just bring your beach towels and you are set. The back yard is fully fenced for the 4 legged family members (please note fencing not suitable for large dogs). There is off-street parking for boats and cars.

Living Spaces: A charming, open plan beach house with exposed beams and high ceilings provides many options for R&R, including lounge, dining, family room, loft/studio and daybeds.

Kitchen: Beach views up the coastline from a large, well-appointed kitchen will make cooking a breeze. Two coffee machines, microwave, oven, induction stove, oven, blenders, and many more appliances are available.

Bathrooms: The property includes 3 bathrooms with showers and toilets, and one with a bath. Enjoy a semi-enclosed outdoor shower to wash away the sand after a day at the beach.

Other inclusions: Wifi, Linen, laundry with washing machine, good phone reception, TV, ample off-street parking, wood for the fireplace and much more. EV charging available upon request. BYO towels.
Late checkout until 4pm on Sunday with a weekend booking (non peak times only).

Tomakin roadtrip

We found this property very nice and convenient to our relatives at Tomakin. We are very happy with the reasonable cost and the accommodation. The supplied amenities are great. We would return and recommend it to friends but a few observations. Please take this as feedback and a complaint. 1. I found the front door lock hard to turn without a bit of jiggling . (ok once i knew) 2. There were carpet samples left on the lounge which we were not sure if for our use or what. 3. A dirty bowl and spoon in the top floor room. 4. I have a sports sedan and the slight hump in the driveway prevented me from parking in the driveway. ( probably only 1 in a 1000 and our own problem) 5. A cup has a crack and should be disposed of. 6. The ad states free WIFI but there was none. This one could have been a deal breaker as we all use the internet.

Excellent, clean, eclectic house in top spot

A lovely place, with lots of nooks and levels so a group can spread out. When I see 'pet friendly' I usually avoid because it means 'smells doggy", but this place was odor-free! Great, well-equipped kitchen. Outdoor spaces on both sides for all weather. Lots of personal touches.

Ideal Holiday Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely Home in an ideal location. Close to a lovely beach in a quiet neighborhood. Just a couple of little maintenance things to take care of. There was an awful smell coming from the kitchen sink probably due to some trap maintenance and there is no lighting in the laundry. If we were in the Batemans Bay area again we would gladly stay here again.Thanks to the hosts.

Pleasant beach holiday

Our family stayed at this lovely property over the Christmas period. The house had everything we needed and was well located within walking distance to the beach. We really enjoyed its position on the hill and were able to observe native bird life while dining on the deck. In booking our stay the communication was excellent. Overall an enjoyable stay.
