Unit 12 offers comfortable accommodation for up to five guests, featuring two bedrooms with one queen bed and a tri-bunk. Enjoy the mesmerising ocean and beach views from your private sanctuary. Entertainment is at your fingertips with an LCD TV and DVD player provided. The modern amenities include a microwave for your convenience. Parking is available in the sub-level parking area. Positioned front left on the third floor, you'll enjoy prime views and easy access.

The lounge is starting to look a little old - but who cares just look out the front and throw a towel over the lounge!!! We will be back again 2025

Always there is something interesting happening, boats coming and going ,dolphins swimming past.I even caught some fish.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good except for a few things. When I asked about parking around the back to unpack the agency knew very little. We weren't game enough to park at ground level and eventually found a numbered parking place downstairs. Then we found there was no lift to ground level, had no idea how to work the ground level lift after carrying things up, as we are old and had no idea that the little thing on the key worked the doors, lift etc. After three trips via the stairs a person showed us how to work the lift. Also, we would have liked to have been told that the intercom did not work and had to find that out for ourselves, with difficulty. There was hardly ever anyone around whom we could have asked, and the agency was very polite when I rang but couldn't help much. Also, we would have appreciated some information re getting rid of rubbish, and we put it all in the bins across the road. Everything else was fine, but some information when we picked up the key would have been a great help. The street was so much easier for parking than the downstairs car park.

Apart from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
