Enjoy a comfortable and inviting stay in this 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo located on the 17th floor of North Hampton at Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach. This well-maintained and thoughtfully designed two-story property offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway you'll want to repeat year after year.

The main floor includes a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining area, and a convenient guest bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find two nicely furnished bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, providing comfortable accommodations for six guests. A sleeper sofa in the living area can accommodate two more, making it ideal for families or groups.

Take advantage of the on-site amenities, including an indoor pool, two outdoor pools, and easy access to the beach. Whether you're soaking up the sun, splashing in the water, or simply unwinding in the serene surroundings, this condo offers a lovely escape. While guests do not have access to the Splash Water Park, spa, or fitness center (including tennis or pickleball courts), discounted one-day passes to Myrtle Waves Water Park are available for purchase from Saltwater Grande for May through August stays.

Saltwater Grande utilizes an identity and fraud protection program to verify guest identity. Depending on the arrival date, this very simple verification process may be required before you receive access to the property. Should this be necessary for your reservation, you will receive an email notification with further instructions.

Have peace of mind knowing every rental includes Accidental Damage Protection by RentalGuardian, covering you for up to $25,000 in accidental damages that may occur during your stay.

Enjoy upgraded bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen hand towels! Departure cleaning is provided, as well as an Essentials Starter Pack, including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper in every bathroom, and a packet of dishwashing detergent.

This property is in a quiet residential community. Disturbances that interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other guests or owners at the property will not be tolerated. Large gatherings and parties are not permitted. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts and mopeds are not permitted.

Amazing Condo

Beautiful property and amazing views. This is on the top two floors so the top balcony was a great location to soak up the sun. Great indoor poor and hot tub in the building. Very accommodating condo staff. Thank you for letting us stay at your amazing condo!

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! Great views! The property is kept very nice and clean! The property managers were GREAT as well! The beds were nice and comfortable, spacious shower and plenty of towels. The condo has everything you need except food however, there's a great restaurant walking distance from our building. I would recommend and stay again.

Great Beach Vacation

Perfect unit for our family (my husband, 2 boys, and myself). Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Even more beautiful and more room than the pictures show. But the most amazing part was the incredible view of the beach and the ocean from both the lower and upper balconies! Just perfect!

When we arrived at the property and tried the code on the keypad that had been emailed to us, it did not work. We called the # for assistance and someone gave us a different code, but it didn't work either. Soon we were given a 3rd code to try, but it also didn't work. While we were waiting for a 4th code, another guest walked up and entered the code and told it to us so we didn't have to keep standing outside in the heat. When we got to our condo, the code for that door didn't work either. I called the help # again and was given the correct door code. Once we had the correct codes, we had no further issues. The condo was amazing and absolutely perfect for our family.

This home was beautiful and absolutely perfect for our family. Having two floors that were both spacious was helpful, especially when the kids or us parents needed our own space. Having 3 full bathrooms was amazing. The views are spectacular from both balconies. Walmart/stores are within a 1 mile radius for when you need something (extra toiletries, food and so on). The staff in the building were super friendly and helpful. Having the use of two outdoor pools (they also had bathrooms) and the indoor pool gave everyone plenty to do. The pier is within walking distance where you can fish as well or play in the arcade. The beach was clean. The entire area felt safe.

Family vacay w/ two under two

We were wowed by the penthouse duplex property in Kingston plantation. The two bedroom and three full bath was very accommodating to our needs. The two entrances on the 17th and 18th floors came in very handy & prevented having to lug suitcases up & down a staircase. I did pack a travel baby gate to prevent my 1 year old from going up the stairs & it worked great. The top balcony was great for sunbathing. My husband & I enjoyed lunch on the lower balcony but would not let our toddler out there bc of the unsafe railing design. Beautiful views. The building & neighborhood security was very comforting. Delicious & upscale restaurant/brewery within walking distance made for a great date night. Loved access to indoor & outdoor pool as well as convenient private beach access. Another restaurant at the pier was within walking distance. Loved this vacation!☀️🌊
