The Space:

The open dining room and custom chef's kitchen with a large stone island, Viking range, and Sub-Zero side-by-side fridge & freezer offer the perfect space for preparing and enjoying meals with family and friends. There is a Viking double-wall oven as well, but the bottom is inoperable as we are awaiting rare parts for it to be repaired. The enormous space is perfect for hosting large groups, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy.

The East end of the home features a sprawling Primary suite with a King bed, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, private patio access with firepit, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom that will leave you feeling pampered and refreshed. Two additional guest rooms are equally well-appointed, with one featuring a King bed and the other with two queens, each with designated AC and TVs.

The West end of the home features a fourth bedroom with a King bed, a large laundry room with dual stackable washer & dryers, a spare shower, and another half bath. But it's the outdoor living space that will take your breath away.

Open the bifold glass doors and step out onto the huge covered patio with a built-in BBQ and outdoor dining area. From there, it's just a few steps to the custom heated pool with a beautiful water feature and an enormous 10-person hot tub. But that's not all – climb the spiral staircase to your private rooftop Skydeck with an unbelievable view of Camelback Mountain and the evening sunsets to the West.
