Bring your family and enjoy our little piece of paradise. Our Cottage can comfortably sleep 10. It features 2400 sqft of living space 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, Porch, patio, and BBQ. Our gated community is in the heart of Wine country and is in close proximity to the lake, dozens of wineries, orchards, biking / walking trails and everything the area has to offer.

Boat slip may be available upon request.

2400 sqft, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home. Plenty of space for the whole family!

Guests will have access to the entire house and garage.

This is a great property for a family vacation. The house is spacious, very clean, and all the necessities for making meals are provided. The sunroom is a nice place for the kids to use their technology without disturbing the adults. The beach and pool are just a short walk away which is very convenient. The gated community's landscaping is very attractive and thoughtfully laid out with lots of room for outdoor play.

Great stay at the Cottages

We had a wonderful stay at Christa’s cottage. It was as beautiful as the photos and had everything we needed for our family. The location is perfect - a quick walk to the pool, beach, and playground. We had a great time and can’t wait come back!

Great place for a family holiday

This house is very clean and well appointed with lots of room for a family of 6 adults and 4 kids. The location is great, close to the pool and beach. The hosts are very prompt to respond to any questions or issues. The Cottages overall is a beautiful place to stay.

Perfect Location and Space for our Family

Absolutely loved our stay at the Osoyoos Cottage! We travelled with 2 other families and our children. The layout of the house and amount of bedrooms was perfect for us. The house is located right near the community centre/pool and a very short walk to the beach and park. Host was very quick to respond and provided detailed info for us which made everything super easy. One night we ran into an issue with A/C but we worked with host to get it resolved. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

The best vacation experience yet

We had an amazing experience at Christa and Mikes home at the cottages on osoyoos lake, the house was in pristine shape when we arrived, beautiful home, stocked full with all the amenities. TV’s everywhere lol, the kids mostly used one at night time. The patio area was awesome with a propane fire pit installed and a lighted umbrella, we spent hours out there every night. The lake is perfect we brought our surf boat and rented a slip, spent many hours on the lake it was very warm water but cool enough to be refreshing on the hot days, the pool was perfect we took the kids there multiple times, lots of space there with chairs umbrellas etc. I communicated mostly with Christa and she was full of a lot of awesome info, let us know there was a food truck there on a certain day, an outdoor movie night one night (it got cancelled due to the smoke but that’s ok) let us know about boat launching, trailer storage, everything! If I didn’t have this info prior it would have been a bit tricky for us on the first day. I highly recommend staying at Mike and Christa’s home, I highly recommend using them as your hosts as I’ve never been to osoyoos and they definitely made the experience just that much better. Thank you Mike and Christa, my family would definitely stay at your place again

Best Way to Enjoy our Canadian Summers

This beautiful property allows you to take in the best our Canadian Summers have to offer. It is so beautifully decorated with all the amenities of home. Amazing time spent on the clean beach and in the warm lake water paddle boarding and swimming. So many great wineries, fruit stands, and restaurants close by to compliment your stay.

Family vacation

This is a beautiful property! We had an amazing family vacation. It was a group of 10 of us (grandparents, parents, children age 4 to 13) We all fit comfortably. Everything looks new and clean and is so nicely decorated (I would move in permanently tomorrow if I could ;)) The one thing I would recommend is whoever sleeps in the master room upstairs should bring a sleep mask as there are no curtains for the window/patio door so it is very bright in the morning. The location of the house is perfect walking distance to either the pool or beach. We had so much fun playing outdoor games like bocce and utilizing the paddle board on the lake. The hosts are kind and attentive, they gave us great tips on wineries, where to get a birthday cake for my son and were quick to respond when we had questions. I would 100% recommend this place. You will make amazing family memories here.

Perfect Family Get Away.

Kannen Cove Cottage is beautiful, spacious & very clean house. Great location! Very close walk to either the lake or pool. Communication with the property manager was wonderful & so accomodating. We were able to use their paddle boards, lake floaties, sand toys, wagon & beach chairs & towels. Thank you! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a fabulous week with the family!

Beautiful property by the lake

We stayed at this beautiful property for a family reunion. The unit is nicely decorated, is spacious and can easily accommodate multiple families. The property location is conveniently located between the lake and the pool providing easy access to all community amenities. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, dishes and cutlery and there's a large BBQ on the patio. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We had a lovely stay and look forward to coming back!!
