We are central, within walking distance of all local restaurants & pubs, surf & snorkel hire, tackle shop & car hire.

The Loft is fully self contained with its own access, separate from the rest of our home, which is a bit different being an industrial shed conversion.

We hope you enjoy relaxing here after exploring Exmouth. Our property is located behind a local tour business called the Flying Sandgroper & parking is safe and secure right at the entrance to the Loft.

Other things to note.
Access to Loft is via stairs only, so unsuitable for children of any age.

Wonderful stay. Friendly hosts, the kitchen was well stocked so we could cook. A few little things in the fridge like milk and butter to get you started. Room was lovely and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good location, which is off the main road but still close enough to walk to the pubs and shops. Mitch and Denise were terrific to us with their welcome, information and with some little extra items included. We would recommend this place to our friends and others wanting to stay in Exmouth.

Best hosts, very kind, supportive, and integrative.Spacious environment close to town and beaches.Cafe across the road and tours pick up at the address.Weather was perfect, whale sharks were happy to show and the marine life is still beautiful despite bleached and dead corals due to the ocean heatwave last year, very sad.

Amazing loft

Perfectly arranged and equipped, exceptionally comfortable for a several night stay. Denise and Mitch are super responsive, helpful, and genuinely nice people. One of my favorite rentals in any country ever.

Great base for exploring the Exmouth and Ningaloo Reef area.

“The Loft” was a great base for my recent trip to Exmouth.The accomodation was clean and well equipped and I particularly enjoyed the added “nice” touch of the hosts leaving a few provisions (tea/coffee and milk and croissants and butter and milk in the fridge plus some biscuits and chippies) to greet me on arrival.I didn’t have a car and the nearest supermarket is around 1km away so that was a help.That said, the cafe across the road (Mutt’s) did a good breakfast and evening burgers and there is a brewery (good pizza’s and drinks” close by (Whalebone) and other cafes and a bottle shop a short walk away.The resort close by is a featured pick up spot for tours (including swimming with the famous whale sharks) so that was handy (Note: if you’re getting the airport shuttle, request the drop off/pick up spot as the “Flying Sandgroper” as it’s right in front of the accomodation)I met one of the hosts in passing when I arrived and bumped in to him a couple of times during the stay and he was friendly and helpful.Communication leading up to the stay was responded to promptly.The place had a great air con to keep things cool, the water was hot for showers and they provided towels for the house and also beach towels (even shopping bags to avoid having to buy them for grocery shopping )I was very happy with everything and would certainly recommend to family and friends and would choose to stay here again should the opportunity to arise.Thanks Mitch & DeniseBest wishesBob

Simply outstanding

We have just completed a 10 day road trip from Perth to Exmouth and stayed in several properties on the way. The Loft is simply outstanding and Denise and Mitch are wonderful, welcoming and hospitable hosts. The Loft has been beautifully designed and immaculately presented - Denise and Mitch have thought of everything (literally everything!) that guests might require. The Loft was a home away from home and we can't thank Denise and Mitch enough for creating such a haven. We loved our stay in Exmouth and will definitely stay with Denise and Mitch the next time we are in the NW Cape. Thank you!

Great stay!

The hosts were so helpful! They had spot on suggestions about where to snorkel, see turtles, etc. you can walk to town for restaurants and coffee place across the street was wonderful.

This cute little loft was the perfect base for 5 days of exploring the Ningaloo Reef and surrounds. Denise was super communicative and the loft had everything you could need for a relaxing stay, including a very comfy bed. I cooked for myself one of the nights and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. It’s close to all amenities. I will definitely stay again next time I’m in Exmouth.

The design is spot on for the location. Very comfortable apartment including the bed. Great little well appointed kitchen. The hosts, Denise and Mitch are beautiful people and super helpful. We will certainly stay with them on our next visit.

Hidden Gem

Denise and Mitch have created a hidden gem in Exmouth. Tucked away in a non tourist part of Exmouth ,this apartment is quiet, spotless, and a great place to stay. A fully equipped apartment that was a delight to stay in. Highly recommended. John and Yvette.

We enjoyed our stay at The Loft. Loved the wooden staircase and the antiques. Very impressed with the extras provided. Easy to find with everything you could need including the laundry. Denise was excellent to communicate with. Would highly recommend to other travellers.

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed a comfortable stay in this very clean, well maintained shed attic apartment. The accommodation is all one space so suitable for couples only and, though well insulated, heats up during the day but fans and a/c are available to cool it down again. Denise and Mitch are very personable and just a 10 minute walk into town.
