Relax in style with the whole family at this fully renovated cottage. A complete renovation in 2023 saw Clancy's Cottage with a new kitchen, two sparkling new bathrooms, new paint, flooring and carpet throughout, newly built deck and cozy living area making ideal for families and groups looking for a modern, clean, spacious cottage, whist enjoying all of the wonderful activities that Talbingo has to offer.
This cottage has split systems in all 3 bedrooms, to keep everyone cool in summer and warm in winter, a large well equipped kitchen with all new appliances, coffee machine, BBQ, Fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV and wonderful views from the peaceful back deck. Our large, flower filled yard and fire pit are mentioned many times in our reviews.

Backing onto Talbingo Golf Course and close to everything Talbingo Village has: water skiing, fishing, bush walking, mountain biking and snow skiing, hiking, caving, thermal pools. The proximity to Talbingo Dam and Blowering Dam for water sports, fishing and boating are also fantastic. Walk to the Country Club and Jounama Pondage.

Talbingo and Blowering Dams provide the perfect locations for water skiing and wakeboarding, swim and paddleboard in the newly constructed Talbingo Dam foreshore precinct.
Yarrangobilly Caves and Thermal Pool are definitely worth the short drive. Explore the caves, see amazing stalagmites and swim in the Instagram famous thermal pool.
A hike to Black Perry Lockout or Landers Fall's Lookout in the Kosciuszko National Park will provide nature lovers with expansive views of the area.
