Summary:
Welcome to ‘Bellarine Apartment’… A self-contained, modern and private apartment located a stones throw from the beach. Approx. 15 min walk into town and 5 min walk to the Beach at end of the street. Perfect for a couple’s getaway.

The Space:
‘Bellarine Apartment’ features a generous light filled bedroom with direct access to bathroom, open plan living, dining and kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, vanity and toilet. The kitchen includes a large fridge, dishwasher, electric stove top and convection oven/microwave. Outside, there is a seating area, an Electric BBQ for use stored in the Pantry. There is a washing machine inside and external laundry trough.

The property is situated above the second garage for the main residence however has its own access and drive for you to enter and leave as you wish.

Please note the stairs inside to the apartment are quite steep and not particularly suited to anyone with mobility issues or young children.

Main Bedroom – Queen bed

Living Spaces – 3-seater couch that can be converted to a sofa bed if required. Please advise if you will need.

Heating/Cooling – Reverse cycle air conditioner

Car Parking – Parking is available in the drive in front of the garage doors. No access to garage

This property and its location is FANTASTIC. We had the privilege of meeting an owner whilst there and they were FABULOUS. Gave us some inside tips of places to eat - check out Dawn cafe - and were incredibly welcoming.The Regional Escapes system however was not user friendly and that is why I have scored so low on access and communication - NOTHING to do with the owners. Solely that system.We definitely hope to stay at the property again and again.

We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped apartment. A great location within walking distance to the beach. However, we were disappointed with the bath towels which were all stained. We contacted Regional Escapes, their response was, we will try to get in touch with the cleaners. Still waiting for the cleaners.......

Lovely townhouse but need to be fit for terrain outside and inside also no proper oven or dryer which with inclement weather difficult

Home from home

A fabulous luxurious but very cozy apartment with everything you need for a home away from home getaway. Spotlessly clean and top location. An issue with the plumbing was resolved speedily by the owner. The kitchen had everything you’d need if you didn’t want to eat out. More coffee pods would’ve been good and better quality loo paper but we loved our stay and would highly recommend.

Wonderful few days away in a cosy apartment. Exactly what I hoped for from the cleanliness and presentation to the outlook from the comfy lounge. A short walk to the beach was the icing on the cake!

Magnificent property in lovely sleepy Ocean Grove

Chose this property based on the outstanding reviews and we weren't disappointed. Fresh, clean, beachy pictures, crispy sheets, modern bathroom, I can't rate this property highly enough. Oh, we tried out the air fryer too and it did a great job on the chips. Soap, shampoo, conditioner were also provided as a lovely little extra nice touch. Ocean Grove shops were a short town to fifteen minute walk, including a supermarket, nice csfe for breakfast and a few eateries.
