Clearwater 8C is a 1 bedroom vacation rental situated on the sugar white sands of Gulf Shores. The living area offers a cozy space to spend quality time with the kids either by watching your favorite television show or gazing out to the world around you from the private, gulf facing balcony. If you need extra sleeping space there are child size bunks in the hall and the couch pulls out to a queen size bed. This condo can sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

Looking to spend a quiet evening in? The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare your meals. You can choose to dine inside at the dining area or on the balcony while listening to the waves wash up on the sand.

After a long day of adventures, find solace in the primary bedroom. The king size bed will have you drifting off to sleep in no time. The bathroom has a bath tub and shower combination and can be accessed from both the hallway and the bedroom.

This condo has a washing machine and dryer for your convenience, and there is Wi-Fi and flat screen televisions in the living room and primary bedroom.

Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Clearwater offers views and everything you need to have a fun filled vacation within walking distance. Enjoy breathtaking views of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico, an outdoor pool and private beach access. This unit has a designated covered parking space under the buildin.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older to reserve. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
