We had a lovely time staying at this beach house. Lots of entertainment around and place was very clean. It was easy to communicate with the host Sam. Would love to return in future!

Great location but accomm was dissapointing

Really dissapointed with place as it was unclean, cold and very expensive. The heater didn't work and the bedding was inadquate for cooler nights. The only thing this place has going for it is the location to the beach, otherwise don't bother.

Great location, coffee and beach nearby

Had a nice overnight stay, was a pleasant surprise how close a little takeaway coffee and food place was and how close we were for a wander to Smith's beach which is a beautiful surf beach. Felt very Phillip Island, homely and not overstated, chilled out and cruisy. Check in and out was easy, helpful host. Thanks for a nice stay.

Great location.

I was there for the weekend of Philip Island Superbike event and this property was in perfect location being so close to the circuit.

Wonderful

This is such a cute little place! Small looking from the outside but pretty spacious on the inside. Close to the beach and a short drive to all the activities you can do. The balcony out the front was well loved by my best friend and I and we spent many night star gazing. 100% would stay again!

Perfect weekender

Great property for a small group or family. One QB and two singles with a close walk to Smiths Beach (also ideal for kids) and the coffee shop. Only 10 minutes to the Penguin Parade. Would definitely recommend and am likely to return for a longer stay.

Amazing property close to the beach!

We stayed overnight as a family of 4, revisiting the island after many years. We’re glad we came across this property, as it was the perfect size and very close to the beach. Overall the amenities are great, and would do well for a short stay. Bathroom lighting and kitchen amenities can be improved though. We look forward to returning in Summer.
