This bright summer cottage has parking space for 4 vehicles and an open floor plan comfortably accommodating 6 people in the upstairs bedrooms and additional sleeping space for 2 people on the first floor. With a newly remodeled kitchen, complete with a microwave and dishwasher, and an updated full bath upstairs, this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath getaway is the perfect spot to stay in by the fireplace or walk down to the ocean to catch the gorgeous sunset. There is a lovely 3/4 covered and wrapped porch with a propane grill and chairs to lounge in for outdoor dining and a nice backyard to play lawn games and enjoy the sunshine.

Located 7 miles from town and on the coast of one of Boothbay Harbor’s most iconic coastal points, Ocean Point provides a beautiful escape for those looking for the quintessential Maine experience.

Houses are fairly close to each other as this is a Summer vacation spot. People are very friendly and welcoming. You are a quick walk to the rocky beach with amazing views. A short walk or drive to The Ocean Point Inn for dinner as well.

IMPORTANT:
Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $50 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $500.

• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.

• Pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. ADA Compliant Service Animals are permitted.

• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
