The spacious layout includes a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and TVs in each bedroom, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. Clean, comfy and spacious!

We were amazed at how spacious the rooms were. Everything was very clean, just the right amount of necessities provided and very clear instructions on how to get around and enjoy the property. Will definitely book again!!!

Bellaire / Golf Trip

Property was minutes from several golf courses; close to several restaurants in Bellaire. We enjoyed Short’s Brewery for dinner. Other highlights were Mammoth Distillery;Torch Lake Cellars; Dockside on Torch Lake. The pass for the hotel pool - overlooking Lake Bellaire and the pass for the beach on Lake Bellaire were a plus.

Great space for the price

We were shocked at how much space there is in this unit. It had a lovely view of the woods, a well stocked kitchen, and plenty of space for our family. We utilized the pools and hot tub and really enjoyed our stay. This was alot of great space for the price. Highly recommend!

Wedding weekend

Spacious condo with privacy for 2couples and 1 adult child, the 3full baths were a plus. Enjoyed a very relaxing afternoon at the Beach Club on Bellaire lake before the wedding and exploring Fishermen’s Island beach 30 miles north the next day. Maps of the resort are very poor quality; impossible to read.

Fall Weekend Getaway

Timber Ridge Retreat was an incredible place to recharge and enjoy the surrounding color of the area! Shanty Creek/Schuss and Upnorth were in full color! The real wood fireplace was the perfect touch to enjoy the evening and the condo had everything we needed. There was a firepit behind the main hotel at Shanty for anyone to use ... and we did!! We even saw the comet after sunset Friday evening under a crisp, fall, star-filled evening! Stellar weekend getaway! The condo had everything we needed...

We stayed Aug 15-18. The condo was fine, as expected, and appointed with furnishings for a comfortable stay. Property manager was flexible allowing us to check in a couple hours earlier than posted. Upon checking in, we noticed the private beach pass available with the stay was missing. We immediately contacted the Property Manager to report and was informed we would have it for the weekend. The pass was never received, which was disappointing considering the weather was beautiful all weekend except for Saturday evening rains. A higher rating would have been given as excellent if we could have used the advertised amenities. The property manager did reach out Monday morning and apologized.

Spring/winter Ski weekend

The beds were very comfy. Overall, the place was clean when we arrived. The carpet however appeared very dirty, maybe that as from a winter of rentals, but it had spots and we were glad we had slippers to wear. Wish there were hooks inside the door and bedrooms for hanging jackets, etc. Also, the rug inside the door appeared dirty still- like it needed to be shook or vacuumed. A longer rug on the floor would be helpful with shoes, boots, ski boots, etc. The place is set up very nicely and had many pots and pans and dishes available for our own cooking. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Tressia was a super responsive host, no matter the hour. Very awesome. The place itself is very spacious. I thought it was clean overall, other than a couple of stains on the carpet as another reviewer had noted, but the bathrooms were clean etc. Nice amenities, cute resort area with restaurants within a two minute walk. This is a lower unit, which I didn't realize until after booking, so if you have problems with stairs, this is probably not the place for you. If stairs are no issue, then by all means, book it. It's not that many stairs, but still .. I think that for the amount of space you get and for the amenities provided, this is an excellent value. We almost always VRBO when we travel, and I can say that this is one of the more spacious and convenient (in terms of bathrooms, laundry, available sleeping arrangements) places that we've stayed, especially for the price. I would book again.
