Gorgeous Beach and Ocean Views - Located right on the Beach

This lovely 3 bedroom townhouse situated directly on the beach.

Featuring picturesque beach and ocean views from the kitchen, living and dining areas which are stunning all year round. The kitchen has crockery and cutlery as well as a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee pod machine.

There are 3 bedrooms; two queen rooms and one room with two singles beds (no bunks), a full bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet upstairs and a second toilet adjacent to the laundry with washing machine down stairs.

There is a large deck with outdoor setting and BBQ which is sheltered from the afternoon sea breeze and fully enclosed making it perfect for pets. Lock up garage with parking for 2 cars as well as driveway space.

Moana Beach is one of the most magnificent stretches of sand you will ever see, beautiful all year round and right at your door step.

Local cafes and restaurant are only a few hundred metres walk and the local shops just up the road making this space such an easy getaway. Located 10 minutes from the McLaren Vale Wine region and approximately 45 mins into the centre of Adelaide.

Great mini break at Moana

So close to the beach and beautiful views of the water from the apartment. Plenty of space inside and outdoor deck area was great. So nice we could conveniently take our dog.

Lovely spot!

Headed to Moana for a few days away during school holidays - the location is great, right on the beach! Pet friendly which was lovely for us and my son loved the outdoor shower. Chocolates on arrival were much appreciated. Quick response from hosts with concerns about SA water doing repairs. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Fabulous property

Much needed weekend away

Our stay was fabulous. Absolutely on the beach which was a wonderland for our two dogs. We enjoyed the chocolates on arrival (very much needed 😉) The beds were super comfortable and nice warm doonas with good pillows, things I see as very important. The lounge suite was welcoming and great for watching a movie. The tv could be a bit larger though. The apartment was very clean and very well appointed. The back deck snd small contained yard was great for our dogs. Thank Madeleine and Brendan, a great stay and we’re definitely coming back if you’ll have us.

Great place to unwind and hear the ocean.

Great location, beach views from loungroom and 2 bedrooms. It was lovely hearing the waves crashing so nearby. Neat and tidy home and cosy during the cold nights. Being pet friendly was a bonus as our little old dog travels with us everywhere. Great views, quiet location, and would love to come back in summer to really get use out of the beach and nearby cafe and shops. A++++

One minute walk to the beach

Theo’s house provides everything you need, and it’s pet friendly with easy access to the beach and in particular the doggy beach. Really relaxed and enjoyed my stay.

Outstanding views and quiet

This property is better than we expected. Excellent communication by the owner and came straight around when I struggled to open the door the first time. Fantastic location and plenty of space and amazing views. The property was furnished with everything you need and more, including sharp knives. Great for our dogs as it is pet friendly. We will be back next time we visit Adelaide.

Great location and the property is very clean.

This place is just in-front of the beautiful Moana beach so kids had a great time playing at the beach. Highly recommended for family with children.
