5 Stars- Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in Scottsdale! The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home right away. The location was perfect—just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, and we also loved being so close to beautiful walking/biking trails , which made it easy to get outside and enjoy the scenery. I would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Scottsdale getaway!

Great spot in Scottsdale

A very nice spot for our 5 day visit. We had everything we needed, and especially liked the back patio! Also, if you like to walk, run or bike, there is a beautiful multi-use trail about a block away.

Lovely and super clean unit near Old Scottsdale

If anyone has ever stayed in this unit we couldn't tell. Everything looked brand new and super clean. The host had directions and instructions for everything. There was even a roll of quarters if needed for the laundry room. The apartment building is pretty non-descript, but it was super quiet after dark. Very close to Old Scottsdale. The sleeper couch is in its own room and comfortable. We used the back patio and ping pong table. It had an off-street parking space. The host was great and exactly what we wanted while in town for baseball spring training. Excellent unit

Nice place to stay

The apartment had everything two or four people would need. It was very clean, everything was in good working order. We were able to walk to our destinations in Old Town Scottsdale and it was a quick ride to and from the airport. Our favourite part was the patio! Because we had such good weather, if we were not sleeping we were in that outdoor space.

We were generally very pleased with all aspects of our stay at this property. The reservation process went quickly and smoothly. The unit has plenty of space for two, is clean and well maintained, and the location was great for us. The guest contact and her daughter were responsive and helpful when we contacted them.We would definitely reserve and stay at this property if was available the next time we are in the Scottsdale area.

Quick trip

We came to Phoenix for a family members surgery, close to hospital, very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.

Nicely appointed

Very comfortable and cozy. New kitchen very nice and outfitted ready for cooking. Back patio comfortable. Close to Hayden walking path and Fashion Square shops and restaurants. Building a bit shabby but felt safe.

Comfy and quiet

The apartment is as advertised. The coffee maker is drip. Great water pressure, heat, beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is QUIET which I loved. All the basics are there including some spices and extra toilet paper. The laundry is outside and coin operated so bring some detergent pods and quarters.

Perfect location

Stayed here for 3 weeks December 2023. Loved the location which is close to walking trails, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. The patio offers privacy and a nice place to sit and relax and feel the sun.The place is clean and the kitchen is well equipped.I highly recommend rental of this apartment.

Apartment is clean, quiet, and in close proximity to fun stuff to do in Scottdale. The place had everything I needed, and I enjoyed the stay even though all I was there for was work I felt right at home from the moment I entered. The Host was easily contacted, courteous, and helpful while I was there. I would definitely recommend this place to fellow travelers and will be visiting it in the future.
