Great Condo, had no issues except the bed IS NOT a King size bed like described on the page. Also there were no stopper in the bathroom sink so anyone who stays here have to be extra careful when putting any jewelry on or even brushing there teeth over the sink, or you stuff will be GONE once it falls down the drain. Other than that had a fantastic time at a fantastic location. Will definitely look into booking again when I’m in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area!

I spoke with the host the evening we checked in to verify the sliding door lock was not locking. The door never did lock, but they did provide a stick to put in the rail of the patio door. He seemed to be very friendly but that was the only time I could get the him to respond to messages. There was confusion about where and how to use the pool and after 4 attempts to contact him, I never got a reply back so we never found or were able to use the pool. I was disappointed. This unit is an older one that they have made an effort at updating. The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. The street runs immediately behind the unit and it's on the first level so privacy is minimal. The patio is okay but not super comfortable or welcoming. Based on the photos in the listing, I expected it to be a little bit more than what it was.

We had some trouble getting the code to work, but Kyle was quick to fix entry code and provide missing towels. The listing was for a king bed and we found that we had a Queen instead.We booked from Thur to Sun, but after staying the night the next day had plumbing issues that couldn't be resolved. We were stuck at 9pm on Friday looking for a place to stay with a working toliet. We were told that they didn't have any place to move us. There were 4 of us with no way to use the toliet or shower. We would of stayed if we did. It was the worse weeked to be looking in an emergency for a place to stay at 10pm at night. Also, we were notified the day before about the complex being on a Boiler system for AC and wouldn't be on until May thru Oct. You can request a Portable AC, which we did and when we did they stated the AC was on now (March) but they also had a portable as well. As I said, we would of stayed and rated this 4-5 stars, but with plumbing issues we couldn't.stay. Kyle did his best.
