BOHO THEME HOME [3 Bedrooms/2 Baths]

Our Bohemian decor inspired home is Newly furnished with:
- 2 Queen size beds + 1 Double Bed + 1 Sofa Bed.
- 2 newly renovated bathrooms.
- 2 Smart TV's with Netflix & Cable.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen.
- Dining/Breakfast Table.
- Large deck with Patio furniture (Spring & Summer months only)
- Washer and Dryer.

LAYOUT:
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located on the main floor. Bedroom # 3 with an en-suite bathroom is located in the ultra bright and spacious basement. There is also a sofa bed in the basement living room where we have a designated office desk and a second 55 inch smart tv.

There is direct access to the newly constructed deck overlooking the exceptionally large backyard. We have patio furniture and a BBQ. Guests are asked to clean the BBQ after use.

LOCATION:
- 10 minute walk to the subway station which will take you downtown within 20-30 minutes.
- 5 minute walk to the nearest coffee shops and restaurants
- 5 minute drive to Yorkdale Mall,
- 5 minutes Drive to Downsview & Scotia Bank Pond
- 10 minutes drive to York University
- 15 minutes drive from Pearson Airport

We are located on a 2 lane main road however this provides for much quicker and more convenient access to the bus, subway station and restaurants/coffee shops

**Our landscaping service cuts the grass precisely every 2 weeks. He may come to cut the grass during your visit if it falls within the grass cutting schedule**

Guests will enjoy both levels of the home and will have complete privacy

• Parties & events are NOT allowed.
• Mark the actual amount of guests that will be staying.
• Visitors are not permitted on the property with limited exceptions (please notify me beforehand). Absolutely no gatherings.
• Quiet hours in place from 11pm - 8am.
• No pets.
