Welcoming you to a beautiful newly built model bungalow for you and your family to sit back and relax! Located in Quinte West, 10 minutes off the Highway 401. 45 minutes drive from Sandbanks beach and Provincial Park, 35 minutes from Wellington beach , 10 minutes from Quinte winery.Also home to local golf Guest can enjoy Fishing, Kayaking and Boating at Trent Port Marina 10 minutes away. This is a perfect for singles, couples and families. It’s a perfect place to call it home away from home. Nurses, Doctors and Military Families and construction workers can book the place.

Comfortable accommodations

Comfortable accommodations for three children and nine adults. Well maintained yard. The neighborhood has a play area for kids. Easy access from the 401. The property is located close to gas stations, and about 10 minutes drive to the parks and other activities in town. The host was responsive to questions.

Family-friendly house, spacious, 45 min. from Sandbanks

Very spacious, clean and convenient house with many of rooms and bathrooms. Not enough chairs to sit around dinner table, not enough kitchen accessories (i.e. Beer and wine opener, strainer, pliers), and make sure to get rid of all your garbages. Some fees may apply. Communication not so clear about that but we understood that we had to manage our waste. Recycling was free though. Except for those things, the house was confortable and big enough for 6 adults and 4 kids, very happy with the games availables. The blocks were just perfect. Useful garage. Very calm and neat neighborhood and a park nearby.

New construction in Quinte

Overall the house is very nice The good: new construction, nice neighborhood, good location, nice bathrooms and kitchen area The basement is quite roomy and comfortable carpet. What we didn't like was that the listing indicated it could accommodate 15 guests, and there were only 5 queen beds, good for 10 people We had to have some people sleeping in air mattresses and the sofas (which are not sofa beds) There were not enough dinnerware for 15 guests either, nor enough towels. The beautiful kitchen could be better equipped with more utensils, glasses, and plates. They should add some stools to the kitchen island for additional seating (only 6 chairs in the dining room) There was no BBQ either Another suggestion is to install a 2nd TV in the basement.
