IMPORTANT NOTE: We are a boutique hotel rents out all of our suites together to larger groups. This means that we have on-site staff that you may interact with during your stay but have their own quarters that are completely separate from the areas you are booking. We`ve hosted dozens of groups (bachelorettes, families, friends, etc.) and have received great feedback. We can connect you with past group bookings if needed to help you decide if we are the right accommodation for your group!



Welcome to Fancie`s PEC! We are a boutique accommodation located in Prince Edward County. Take in the views of the Bay of Quinte and make use of our 1 acre property that has a dock, firepit, and kayaks. All spaces shown in the listing are private to your group. A hotel-style set-up with the added flair of a waterfront cottage experience! This is a boutique hotel accommodation with the owner/operators living on site. We offer value-added services that can be added to your stay, just reach out and we can let you know how we can help create an amazing experience for your group!



We are in a quiet rural neighbourhood at the end of our road, right near a local conservation area (~200 meters away). Get ready to see farm fields, cows, and potentially some deer!



Parking is free on our property (we can accommodate up to 5 vehicles) when you stay with us, and you will need a car to get around Prince Edward County and the surrounding area! We can also help refer you to tour companies or a bus driver if you and your group would like to all go out and fully indulge in the local breweries, wineries, and attractions that PEC has to offer!

The photos of this place don’t do it justice. The home is massive and absolutely gorgeous. We loved the different living spaces that made it possible for our large family to spread out and relax. Loved the design of the home as well. The host was very gracious and helpful with answering our questions and getting us extra items we needed. My only cons are that we couldn’t get the dishwasher to clean the dishes, which meant we had to hand wash and the lake water isn’t really swimmable, I suppose you can swim in it if you want, but I wouldn’t as it’s pretty muddy and gross.

We had a lovely time with family celebrating my 50th birthday. The house was well equipped and my husband (the chef) prepared some excellent meals on that beautiful stove! Lots of beds and bathrooms which makes hosting a crowd super convenient. Would highly recommend. Thanks Ryan and Kerri!

Beautiful family weekend

The house is a beautiful blend between nature, cleanliness and style. The waterfront, access to conservation area and proximity to Belleville are all pluses. Recommend watershoes for swimming as there are some rocks.

Perfect Stay

Five-Star Review: We recently stayed at this incredible VRBO rental in Prince Edward County, and it was nothing short of perfect! The space was ample and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay for multiple families traveling together for a hockey tournament. It has truly set the bar high for all our future tournament accommodations!The house was impeccably clean and offered everything we could need for a stress-free stay. The real luxury was the layout—plenty of room for the kids to spread out and play without feeling cramped, and the adults could unwind in peace. Each bedroom having its own bathroom and coffee machine was an unexpected but absolutely delightful touch.The location was also ideal, close enough to Belleville for quick trips into town, but tucked away enough to enjoy a calm and quiet environment.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will absolutely be booking here again. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful amenities!

Spacious home for a noisy family!

Comfortable very well insulated rooms (reducing stress on the parents!). Quiet area. Fantastic sunsets.
