Ocean Twelve Holiday home is Centrally located and 5 minutes' drive away from The Esplanade and beaches to dips your toes in the ocean. Close to waterparks, restaurants / café and supermarkets.

- Master bedroom consists of 1 king bed
- Other bedrooms are 1 queen bed AND 2 king-single bedroom
The above three bedrooms all have ceiling fan, it's own Air Cond and wardrobe storage space
- 4th bedroom consists of queen bed and study table and close by pair of barn doors
This bedroom has ceiling fan only and shared large Air Cond from open living room

You will be provided with pure 100% Cotton bedding sheets / pillow cases and white waffle towels

All bed and mattress are newly purchased. Fitted with high quality linens, all pillow and mattress have protective washable cover. Hygiene and cleanliness is a high priority importance to us to provide to all guest

Our family holiday was greatly enhanced by our stay in this clean and comfortable home. Each person had their own space and my elderly mother was able to manage easily with her wheelie walker. The host’s communication was excellent and the house was very well maintained. With terrific water pressure in the showers and a Nespresso coffee machine we were all very comfortable!

Beautiful getaway

The house was set out beautifully. Very clean, absolutely everything included which is so rare. Host was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond for us. Would absolutely recommend this property and will book again if we travel that way again.

A great place to stay in Hervey Bay.

The property was lovely - large, spacious, light and breezy - with a beautiful back yard and garden. It is in a quiet family neighbourhood, and an easy drive down to the beaches … some of the nicest that we have visited. We found all that we needed in the home, which was well designed, clean and very comfortable. Christina was easy to communicate with, and made sure that all was going well for us. Certainly a rental home that I would recommend to others.

Treasure Island

Pialba was for us the starting point to discover Fraser’s Island. It’s an very relaxed location near the beach, super convenient to shop all what you need for your stay. The beautiful house of Christina is new, cosy and we felt home immediately. Everything is well arranged, little detail’s are making your day and there was really nothing what we are missing. The house is new, equipped with high quality interior. In the kitchen you will find everything you need and even snacks and coffee are provided for us. We also enjoyed to use the BBQ. The communication with Christina was perfekt and we would highly recommend this destination for your next trip.

Pialba is central to this gorgeous coastal city of Hervey Bay. 5 minutes of driving distance to all key amenities including Stockland Shopping Centre, Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Major Banks (CBA, ANZ, NAB, Suncorp, Westpac) and Close to several beaches and cafes on Esplanade.

If Fraser Island in on your agenda - RiverHeads Boat Ramp/ Ferry Terminal is 20 minutes driving distance. Departures from River Heads daily between 8am to 3pm. Please web search Sealink and Kgari-fraser-island to book ferry options are:

- Kingfisher Bay ferry - resort grounds are accessible by 2WD
- Fraser Venture - 4WD territory and it's always advisable to check Fraser Island condition report prior to commencing your journey
