Large primary bedroom with King Size Bed, walk-in closet, vanity sink area separate from walk-in shower and toilet. 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed and large closet. Separate bathroom with tub and shower. Beautiful Granite in the well equipped kitchen- living room with dining area. All new windows and patio doors!! Covered patio overlooking golf course. Washer and Dryer. Large Single Car garage. Near swimming pool. Covered Patio with barbecue grill, table and chairs.
Flat Screen TV with DVD player cable and Wi-Fi in Living area. Additional TV in Primary Bedroom. Beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture – appliances, linens and kitchenware. JANUARY thru FEBRUARY ARE NEVER AVAILABLE FOR RENT. 30 day min.
Pay for golf when you play on the Fountain of The Sun 18 hole golf course, club house, outdoor shuffleboard court, workout facility, recreation rooms AND Heated spa and community pool. Activity pass available for purchase from FOSCA office for $10 per person for your stay which gets you into the community pool, exercise room etc. Does not include golf, concerts, etc.

NO Smoking. NO pets. WE MANAGE MULTIPLE PROPERTIES SO ASK IF WE HAVE ANY OPENINGS No Subletting. Max 4 people-Must purchase vrbo/homeaway damage insurance.

Property was very clean, updated and comfortable furnishings, kitchen well supplied, great location on 17th hole of golf course. Landscaping immaculate. Would highly recommend to prospective guests!

Was a great little vacation and the location was ideal.

The property was clean, there was plenty of towels and supplies to get us started. Everything was perfect except the thermostat was pre programmed and at times it was 85 in the middle of the night, that is an easy fix and the other thing would be that the bed linens were hot. If you like 100% cotton then bring your own. The mattress was comfortable.

Safe and quiet getaway

Bad bed, low water pressure, bit of sewer smell in bathrooms. BUT Great location, super quiet, nicely remodeled, golf course, gated, good property manager, clean with no pets but fun with quail and rabbit running around outside.

Wonderful property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, the community is beautiful, the condo is large and well equipped. We were close to the pool and wonderful hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Get Away Home

Great home away from home, perfect get away. Very clean and well taken care of. Both owner and manager were very easy to work with. Home was warm and relaxing, well furnished with everything we needed. Outdoor patio was our favorite spot. Great location to food, movies and lots of fun things to do. We highly recommend this property, our could not have been better.
