Great stay!

Property is clean and well stocked for cooking in the spacious kitchen. Communication with host was great; we received all needed information prior to our stay. I gave a 4 star for accuracy of listing because it seemed suited to sleep 5 vs. 6, however that did not negatively impact our stay.Will use this home again when in the area.

The home was easy to find and check-in was easy. Very close to Lake Summit in a quiet neighborhood. We also always appreciate when our pups can stay with us.Bob was very communicative when the water went out twice during our visit. The main reason for my lower rating was cleanliness. I had to wash the floors myself as the dirt was apparent as soon as we arrived. It would have been hard to leave to allow a cleaner since we had our dogs and the rainy weather made it difficult to get outside for long.
