Wow! We were impressed by the property. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we could have needed for our stay. The location is quiet and safe. The kitchen is well-stocked. Everyone said they felt that the house was immaculate, and I loved the warmth and decor. This is a great place for families with a kids room and play area outside. We would stay here again. Excellent and timely host communication.

Very nice house

Enjoyed our stay very much. Very clean house and is as advertised. Could use a couple more tv's though and cable/satellite service to get the regular channels. Other worthwhile additions would be a Keurig and gas bbq. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home and location!

The home was spotless and very comfortable while we were visiting our daughter who goes to college nearby. The yard was perfect for a cookout and fire with her friends. The owner was easy to communicate with and was responsive to our questions and even a request to check in a little early to fit our schedule. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay there again!

Location was great for our event. All the needed basics are provided. Contact was quick to respond to an early check in request. They were able to let us drop our bags while their crew finished.

Home away from home, but better!

This house was so comfortable for my family celebrating my daughter's college graduation from NC A&T. It's clean, spacious, fully-equipped and delightfully decorated. We loved the light from the two-story foyer and family room. Our interaction with the Guest Contact was very timely and considerate. I have rented multiple homes over the years, and this was the best.

ACC Championship

There were six of us and the house was perfect. Met everyone’s expectations and was close to the coliseum. Beautifully decorated and had a well stocked kitchen. I especially liked the coffee bar. The house was located in a nice area and everyone in our party felt safe.

Nice house

Nice home. Clean and nice rooms with plenty of space. Three FULL baths was awesome! Air didn’t work upstairs, but ceiling fans definitely helped. Wished there was a gas grill. Overall it was a nice stay.

50th Class Reunion

Good to connect with former classmates. The house added to the chance to visit with others. It was a good set up. Luckily as the edge of Helene came through, no real damage. Thanks to the owner for a good meeting place.

Comfortable and Spacious Home in Quiet Neighborhood

The house was in a lovely neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Furniture was comfortable and attractive. Plenty of room inside and out. Fenced backyard with swing set and wooden playhouse! Fire pit was nice for s’mores at night. Downstairs queen bed and bath was very convenient. Master and 2 single bedrooms upstairs. Very clean and nice welcome amenities. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed to prepare meals. We will definitely return if our travels take us to Greensboro again!

Good but not great

Second time staying here and it is a really good place. Figuring out the televisions wasn't easy and the property manager wasn't able to help us much with that. The bigger problem was the big leak in the ceiling of the master bath. The owner knew about the problem but nothing was ever done about it. It would drop water on my head when standing at the sink. I would still recommend it though - assuming the leak is taken care of.
