This home is a retreat you will love to escape to and enjoy with your family!
It has got everything you need right here.
Giant living spaces to spread out in and relax with a huge family kitchen to cook up a yummy feast. Beautiful outside areas with a pool, pizza oven, lounge and dining areas that will make you never want to leave. A cinema room to watch movies or sport and a table tennis table to entertain the kids.

It is 4 mins walk to the quiet local beach access to get your ocean fix. A short walk to cafes and the local New World supermarket is a 2 min drive away for all your food needs. Bayfair shopping mall or Mount downtown area for restaurants and shopping are all only a 8 min drive away.

Mount Maunganui is the dreamiest place to holiday and we know you will love it here.

Perfect stay in the Mount

Great house for a large group/family. House was super clean and hosts were very communicative. Great location with easy walking distance to the beach. Highly refommend!

Easter Break

We had the perfect easter weekend here, such a big house that we enjoyed so much, it was very safe for my 3 small grandkids to enjoy i loved the fact we could close the gate so they couldn't escape, Having the cinema and a swiming pool we didnt have to leave the house.Kirsten really made us feel welcome

Beautiful home

We have stayed in many beautiful properties, from beachfront to 3 stories and this home is absolutely stunning. Very big and spacious for families with quality fittings. We enjoyed the pool, theatre room and the ping pong table. A beautiful home to enjoy with your family.

Instagram paradise

The interior decoration of the house is any influencers dream! Many days we just stayed at the house taking pictures of ourselves in the house and around the pool. The listing pictures do not do it justice. Location and layout was perfect for us group of gals. Only thing to note is the rooms with 2 single beds are actually 1 single bed with a trundle underneath. Worked out fine for our group because we didn’t have a totally full house. Quick walk to the beach and cute cafes for breakfast, a dip in the beautiful pool in the afternoon, a great kitchen for family dinners and cuddling up in the theatre room for a movie night. Vacation bliss!! Amazing value with ping pong table, bikes, surf boards, pizza oven, theatre room, etc, etc, etc. Owners were amazing at communicating and were available for any issues. Don’t think, just book this place!
