The space
Spread across two floors, this tastefully furnished home exudes a serene and stylish ambiance. Embrace breathtaking ocean views from the wrap-around balcony, where you can watch ships pass by and immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the sea—a true local experience.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine for your convenience. The open-plan layout facilitates effortless entertaining with ample seating around the dining table. Relax in the contemporary living room, featuring a large TV and year-round comfort with air conditioning.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom (Ground Floor): King-size bed, workspace, and ensuite with a shower, basin, and toilet. External access to the backyard via a sliding door.
Bedroom Two (Ground Floor): Two king single beds (one being a stretcher bed, not suitable for adults), ceiling fan, and sliding door to the front yard.
Bedroom Three (Second Floor): King-size bed, heat pump, and access to the main bathroom.
Bedroom Four (Second Floor): Two king single beds (one being a stretcher bed, not suitable for adults).
Bathrooms:
The large family bathroom on the second floor features a shower with a luxurious rain head, basin, and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.
Outdoor Living:
Nestled in a fully fenced section, the outdoor entertaining area on the paved courtyard boasts a BBQ and an inviting dining table—a perfect setting for al fresco moments.
Parking:
Two vehicles can be accommodated in the driveway or utilize free street parking, though garage access is unavailable.

Guest access
The check-in is simple; detailed instructions will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. This is contactless and easy to access.
Other things to note
- The main guest who books the home must be at least 25 years of age
- All linen is provided, excluding beach towels - please bring your own
- There are strictly no parties or gatherings to be had at the property
- No pets allowed

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card. This amount will be secured 7 days before your arrival. The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same state it was found. In the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning, the necessary deductions will be made from this bond.
