This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental is situated just 2 miles from Holiday Island Marina, offering easy access to outdoor fun. Spend the day fishing, soak up the sun at Table Rock Lake, or stroll through downtown Eureka Springs! Later, you can fire up the flat-top grill for an al fresco dinner on the deck with a view of the mountains.

Cozy home close to recreation in the beautiful Ozarks. Long days at the lake and evening bbqing on the deck. Split floorplan perfect for the family.

Overall it was a good time at the house! A couple of spiders on the inside, but nothing unexpected due to location. House was clean and spacious. Hot tub was great! Close to all attractions.

Stay

If you are two couples and need separated bedrooms and bathrooms this house is split that way with the living room and kitchen in between the two bedrooms. The place was very clean and if you have dogs the backyard is nicely enclosed.

Great! But...

Overall it was a place for a short stay. There were a few bugs and 1 big spider in the bed that was a scary surprise. Also a lot of light bulbs were out.. like the flood light by the hot tub and the ceiling fan light in the master bedroom.. Losing power with no storm was ununfortunate.

Ozark Getaway

This property fit our needs exactly. We met my sister and husband for a short visit to Eureka Springs and Dogwood Canyon. The property was a 2 BR, nice living area, hot tub, fire pit and great deck. The property manager was responsive--not many issues. Nice stay.

Nice facility, great location near groceries and lots of things to do. While there were several minor issues the property manager was highly attentive. Overall, a great experience and we recommend it.

Mountain Getaway

Was a great place to stay with our family of 3 & our dog. House was clean & well stocked. The porch has a latched gate so it was perfect place to let our dog roam & enjoy the sunshine. Quiet location & great place to relax & unwind! Thank you!

Great property

Enjoyed staying until a tornado hit about 15 miles from the property and knocked out the power. We had to cut our stay short by 2 days. Other than that, the house is close to Eureka Springs and Branson, MO. We would have stayed had there been a generator for the house. Considering how crazy the weather is and the cost of the trip, the owners of the house might want to consider installing a propane generator.

Amazing place!

We enjoyed everything about this property! The views from the deck were beautiful, the clean hot tub was wonderful, the flat top grill was great, and the games in the garage we so much fun. This place had everything we needed for a week away. Thank you!

Note that if TV channels that you are used to is important the Network connection is iffy. My husband was a bit taken back by that as he does watch his programs at night and could not get them. Coffee maker did not work but after expressing the desire to have coffee in the morning the contact was quick to come by with one to use - nice of him as I think it was his. Shampoo and Conditioner in master bath did not work - let the contact know and he said he would check it out. Overall a good place if you just want to do nothing as there is not much to do there and my husband is not a do nothing kind of guy. Nice and quiet overall.Guess this area of Arkansas is not for us

A Great Place to Stay Near Everything

We really enjoyed our stay at the house, it had everything you would need to just hang out and enjoy the peace and quiet while being close to plenty of things to do. We enjoyed the hot tub and foosball table in our down time but we're able to check out caves, Eureka Springs, and Branson - all within easy reach. We will definitely plan to return to this home as it was decorated nicely and gave a happy vibe.

We will be coming back

Very clean. Quiet. Felt like home away from our home. Love having a fenced-in backyard for our dog. We had so much fun playing the board games available, especially the monopoly crooked cash(we will be buying our own). Our child especially loved having their own bathroom and king-size bed. The hot tub was very relaxing and clean. We needed a quiet relaxing weekend getaway and that is exactly what we got.
