Our four bedroom home is your absolute dream beach getaway!
It has it all!... Gorgeous stone fire place, library, open plan indoor/outdoor living overlooking the pool, spa AND tennis court! All within an easy stroll to the beach and iconic Sorrento township.
Plenty of space to bring the whole family for some relaxing fun & create beautiful holiday memories together.

You`ll park your car in front of the tennis court and feel like you`ve arrived in the Hamptons as you follow the stone path to the front door.
This place oozes relaxed lush beach living.

Set up for that perfect family beach vacation to sleep 10 people across four (4) bedrooms - 3 with queen sized beds - the master overlooking the pool and with it`s own private ensuite, plus a bunk bedroom with two sets of single bunk beds the kids will love. There is also a spacious central bathroom with bath tub and seperate laundry.

The large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas are designed with comfort and style in mind, overlooking the pool, spa and tennis court with doors opening to soak up those Summer vibes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances & everything you need for your getaway stay.
There is also a seperate library room packed with books & board games when you need some quiet time.

Outside there are two seperate decking areas.
One beside the heated pool and spa with Sun loungers, BBQ and outdoor dining table.
The other overlooks the tennis court with outdoor dining table, umbrellas, fire pit and outdoor couches to relax and play umpire while you`re not vying to be the tennis champion of your trip.

You will leave feeling like you`ve had a holiday and wish you stayed longer..

Enjoy a complimentary late check-out on Sundays over the winter period, available upon request, so you can slow down and ease out of the weekend in comfort.

**Please note: gas heating for the pool is available for your stay if you wish to use it, at an additional cost of $100 per day with 48 hours notice needed prior to your arrival**
