Step inside to a bright, open living space designed for gathering and relaxation. The kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together seamlessly, all positioned to take advantage of the Gulf views. Large windows and direct porch access bring in natural light and create a strong connection to the outdoor spaces.

The kitchen is fully equipped for larger groups, featuring two full size refrigerators with ice makers, a spacious island with seating, and generous prep space. A dedicated wine bar includes a drink refrigerator and a stand alone ice maker, making it easy to entertain and stay stocked throughout your stay.

The dining area sits just off the kitchen and provides a comfortable space for shared meals. In the living room, plush seating and a large flat screen TV create a relaxed place to unwind after a day at the beach.

Sleeping Arrangements (sleeps 15):
• East King Suite 1 – King bed, Gulf views, porch access, private bathroom with walk in shower
• East King Suite 2 – King bed, Gulf views, porch access, private bathroom with walk in shower
• West King Suite – King bed, Gulf views, porch access, private bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower
• NW King Suite – King bed, TV, private bathroom with walk in shower
• NE Bunk Room – Two stacked bunk beds, workspace with desk and chair, located next to common bathroom with tub shower combo

Outdoor living at Beach Happy is centered around the Gulf. The covered back porch offers multiple seating and dining areas, all with wide open water views, making it a favorite spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The side porch features a private heated pool with views of the beach and Gulf, creating a peaceful place to cool off while still enjoying the scenery. A staircase leads directly from the home to the sand, making beach access quick and effortless.

Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions around 50°F, heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable below 45°F, and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows.

Beach Happy is a pet free home, making it a great fit for guests who prefer a clean, allergy friendly environment.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
10. Cargo lifts are not available to guests and can not be used. They are not permitted by Home Owner Insurance Policies.
