Everything at the house was perfect for our stay! The house had plenty of room and eas clean. Beds were comfortable and everything was exactly as pictured online. We loved the lake access and being at the end of the cove was great for us. The house was furnished with everything we needed. Check i was easy and the host communicated with us with instructions in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend this home and will be back to stay again!

Memorial weekend family and friends

We had a great time with family and friends House was very nice and big and had everything we needed was right on water with a nice deck and boat dock we were all able to fish and have fun right off dock. Great experience and would definitely go back.

Very large, cute lakeside house with its own dock. Very clean and bedding very comfortable. Was perfect for our family vacation for 4 adults and 2 children. Loved swimming off the dock. Grocery store about 18 minutes away. Quiet location perfect for rest and relaxation. Owners very responsive to any issues. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this lake house! The cove was quiet, the hot tub was a nice perk and the space was perfect for all the family. I would definitely stay here again!

Ladies Lake Weekend 2024

We get away each year, and this property was perfect for our time together - the kitchen was especially well equipped. The Lake access was perfect, and we had plenty of space to spread out. The owner’s attention to detail was evident throughout the space. Recommend!

Secluded lake getaway

Quiet, beautiful, and secluded house near the end of a finger lakelet. The running water smelled sulfuric throughout, so we got bottled water for potable consumption.

Large Family Getaway

The house was very clean and well thought out in terms of space usage and hosting a large family. There was plenty of room for our family of 10 to move around and spread out. The drive to town was easy and took about 15 minutes to get to the dam. The owner was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will be staying there again!

Great get away

The house was fantastic. Each room was decorated nicely and were very spacious. We cooked a lot and I had all the necessary items to make our meals. The appliances were higher end and as a cook, it was very much appreciated. Hot tub was a great way to unwind and the selection of games and puzzles kept us busy. The owners were very responsive and had a basket of snacks waiting upon our arrival. Thank you for the lovely stay. We would definitely recommend this house for your next getaway.

Girls Weekend

This house was beautiful and tucked away from the craziness! We visited many local bars and shops where the people were extremely friendly. Relaxed in the hot tub after a long day in the lake! Was an amazing girls weekend! Only complaint would be that it took me a long time to get in contact with the host. I had to use the help option to get her to contact me after 3essages through the app.

Guy's fishing trip weekend

This is the 3rd year that we've used VRBO for house near Warsaw and so far this house has been the best and we definitely will be coming back. It had everything we needed, such as parking, plenty of space, a bedroom for everyone, and finally hot tub. The only complaint would be is we were not able to use the dock because the water was too low. Other than that, the Lazy RS Lakehouse is a great place to stay and relax.

Weekend in Warsaw

We rented this house for a weekend get-away for ourselves and some friends. The house was big enough for all of the adults (8) and kids(5). Each family has their own room which worked out perfect! We spent most of our time in the lake, off the swimming dock. The cove was so peaceful, we only had 2 boats float by which was nice since the kids were swimming. It allowed the adults to relax and not have to be "on-guard" so much. Overall we all loved the house and plan on making this an annual trip to the Lazy RS Lakehouse :)

Girls Trip

This place is beautiful. The "quiet side" of the Ozarks, 20 minutes + away from anywhere with someone to do. While it wasn't clear, the lake was beautiful to swim in. The house was absolutely gorgeous and was bigger than what the pictures lead it to be. The road leading up to the property is gravel and very windy, so be careful. The wifi was also very spotty, but we weren't there to be connected to the internet. The only thing I was, I wished there were more things to do that weren't over an hour away. Oh well...10/10 would definitely recommend this place.

Relaxing

A group of 8 friends trailered our bikes to the area from ohio to ride the lake of the ozarks. The area was beautiful. The house we stayed at was perfect. After a long hot day on the motorcycles we jumped in the lake to cool off and enjoy friendships and some wonderful meals. The house was exactly like it was posted. No issues at all. Enough parking for two large trucks and trailers. There was room for all 8 people to sit around and talk inside and outside. But also enough room to have your own quiet time. House was clean and there was even extra towels for swimming. The entire group agreed this house was perfect. The boat dock could hold 3-4 boats. Just the perfect place to relax and enjoy life Scott Burkett

A lovely lake getaway

My book club stayed here for a long weekend, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Our only complaint was that we didn't have more time! Overall, the house is perfect for a large group. The hot tub was nice and the dock was in great shape - plus they provided lots of floaties, chairs, and towels. The kitchen was one of the best I've seen in a rental - there were lots of tools and utensils. I do wish there would have been more large bowls, because we only found one which we had to wash for nearly every meal. Some things to note: There's not much phone signal (at least for T-Mobile, which impacted my ability to contact the host because they texted rather than going through the app), but there is fast wifi. A few of the beds are a little stiff, but there are plenty of pillows and blankets. The upstairs got a little warm, even though we had the AC on, but there are multiple fans that helped. The walk to the dock is short but very steep, so keep that in mind. Would definitely recommend!
