For warm summer days, the 110' of waterfront is equipped with a gazebo for shade, 4 muskoka chairs, 50 ft dock and a floating dock with a ladder to semi-deep water.

The living area separates the two north bedrooms from the two south bedrooms, making it an ideal layout for multiple families.
