Balnarring Beach Retreat

Located just a one hour drive from Melbourne this light-filled 4 bedroom house has everything you need for your beach holiday.

Features include a spacious open-plan living area with access to an outdoor deck, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, wi-fi, reverse cycle air con in the living area, covered front verandah, large back yard for games.

Bedrooms - 1st - QB, 2nd - DB, 3rd and fourth each have 2 x SBs
Balnarring main beach is just a 5 minute walk, safe for children to swim or play in nearby rock pools, excellent for beach fishing, kite surfing and sailing from the nearby Westernport Sailing Club.

Tulum General Store is adjacent to the beach and offers great fish and chips to eat at the park and playground opposite, at the beach or on the way home.

Balnarring Village is a quick drive and offers a supermarket, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants, Red Hill Bakery

Beaches - several in Balnarring, Point Leo, Pines and Gunnamatta for experienced board riders

Golf - Devil Bend, Flinders, The National at Cape Schanck
Day Trips - Flinders (shops and cafes), Ashcombe Maze, Arthurs Seat, Gunnamatta Horse Riding Trails, Boneo Market, Merricks General Store, Pt Leo Estate, Coolart Homestead

Other - long and short walks available along cliffs and rugged coastline at Cape Schanck, or strawberry picking- in season!

Good simple beach type cottage with lots of space out the back and spacious verandahs.

This cottage has a spacious living area comfortable beds and most things you need for a short holiday stay. It is with walking distance of the coast and the Coolart Reserve and Homestead.

Disappointing

The accomodation was good however we had issues with a non functioning hot water service. At first communication was good but after a second day of no hot water for 8 adults going to a wedding there was and has been no further communication from the owner.

Wonderful stay

Excellent location with a very short walk to beach and store. Kids had a fantastic time. House is comfortable and homely. Seamless check in and departure.

Great beach holiday property

This is a great house for a beach getaway, well stocked with everything you need. Walking distance to the great Balnarring Beach and a short drive to the Village for supermarket and restaurants.

Short Unplanned Holiday

Pleasant older property. Linen was good. Kitchen utensils could be upgraded. Lounge furniture could be made more comfortable. Only suitable for a close/family group, as there is only one toilet and bathroom. Good location close to the beach.
