Lucky Charm -

This beautiful two story home is sure to create great memories for you and your family. The home features a vintage style on the exterior including an old fashioned white picket fence. The large and open main living area has a long wrap around sofa that faces the flatscreen TV. The dining area has a table that seats six while another four can be seated at the eat-in kitchen bar. The kitchen contains a large side by side refrigerator that is sure to have enough space for all the items you need to prepare a mouthwatering meal for your guests.

Also on the first floor you will find one of the four bedrooms and it features a large king size bed as well as access to a full bathroom via the hallway. The second floor will contain the larger Master Suite which shares access to the upstairs balcony with another of the guest bedrooms. The Master Suite has its own private bathroom and the other two guest bedrooms share a bathroom.

This convenient location in the Summers Edge community off Scenic 30A in Seagrove Beach is close to charming towns nearby including Seaside and Rosemary Beach. This gives you a whole host of seasonal activities for family fun with a wide assortment of restaurants, bistros, lively bars with musical entertainment, specialty boutiques and art galleries. Summers Edge itself has a huge sparkling neighborhood swimming pool and access to the sugar white sand beach, each of which is just a short two minute stroll away.

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Balcony Access, Jack and Jill Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Bedroom with Queen and Twin Bunk.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated October through April.

Overall a good stay, with room for improvement

The house is lovely and is a fantastic space for the wide range of ages and family members we had for this trip. We loved drinking coffee on the porch and balcony. The kids had enough room to play and the neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. The drawbacks were that the walk to the beach was further than it seems. We wanted to rent a golf cart to drop off elderly family and toddlers, but we saw that golf carts were not allowed on the property, which did not seem to be the case for nearby houses. There is also no hose at the end of the boardwalk to the beach, so you have to walk all the way to the pool before washing off. Not a huge deal, but not something we expected since there’s usually a place to rinse off as soon as you step off the beach. The house was fairly clean, except for the floors and handrails. We had to clean those ourselves upon arrival, which should not be the case. They were visibly dirty. The beds were comfortable and we slept well, but don’t plan on them being quiet at all! The slightest movement with rolling over or sitting up is crazy loud, which isn’t great if you have a baby sleeping in the same room, or if you don’t want everyone in the house knowing every move you make…however we did sleep well because the mattress was so big and fluffy with plenty of comfortable pillows provided. Overall, we enjoyed the property and would recommend it to larger families. Just keep in mind some of the annoyances and plan accordingly.

Exactly as described

Property was exactly as described in listing. Excellent location to the beach and the pool. The house was spacious with plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 kids. The biggest downside was an empty propane tank when we arrived. We had to fill it ourselves but immediately received a full refund for the new tank. This was a bit disappointing as it affected our dinner plans. As previous reviews have mentioned, the kitchen supplies are rather lacking but we were well prepared as we brought what we needed.

We really enjoyed the house and our stay. The houses on the street are also pretty. We were there spring break and it was quiet and peaceful. it is walking distance to a new retail area with coffee and ice cream shops The walk to the beach is short, direct and pleasant.

Thanksgiving trip

This house was great for a family Thanksgiving trip. It was a nice size and very clean. The beach was only a short walk away, and my teenagers enjoyed the heated pool. My only suggestion is that the kitchen needs to be refreshed. There was no crockpot, several pans needed to be replaced, and there were no measuring spoons.

Spaciously and clean

The house was amazingly large with plenty of soace for 6 kids, of all ages, having their own spaces to hang and play as well as space for adults to get a break when needed.

Family and Friends Beach Trip - Excellent Place!

We loved everything about this house! It is in the perfect location to walk a short walk to the beautiful ocean and beach. The HOA pool is also a short walk away and is wonderful to use after a long day at the beach. The house has everything you need and is on a cute and quaint street. We will definitely be back and recommend to others!

Very accommodating!

Our family was very please at the location and how spacious every room was. The walk to the pool was only 2-3 mins away and very nice. The beach was a covenient 2 min walk from the pool area. We will definitely stay here for our next beach trip.

Family Vacay

Our family combined from Texas and NY enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect space and comfort for all 9 of us. Great access to the beach, pool and restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed the memories we made and look forward to staying again.

Needs some spiffing up.

I will start with the positives. The street is adorable and quiet. The walk to the beach is quick and easy-no crossing a busy highway! The pool is also a quick walk down the street. The house itself has a good layout. The negatives-the house itself needs a fresh coat of paint both inside and out. Has it been painted since 1999? The tile floors/grout really need steam cleaning. Coffee table? Side tables? Non existent. Dining room table is warped. The kitchen needs glassware. If you drink wine bring your own glasses! The kitchen needs more dinnerware. I never found a broom in the house so we felt sand if barefoot. The upstairs master bed is MISERABLE. You sink in the sagging depressions. I love the street and would try another house on it another time maybe. There seems to be many that are for rent. I will never stay in this property again though.

LuckyCharm was really nice, very clean.The walk to the beach was easy, pool was clean. Lots of towels. Furnishings were nice, wish there was more than only 5 sits in the living room.. kitchen lacked supplies, overall would stay there again.

Great Location, House Needs Attention

A great house with super easy access to the beach and the surrounding amenities (restaurants, etc.). Good layout and nice porches. Community pools are also nice. The house itself just feels dated and needs a good, deep cleaning. Furniture needs to be updated. Kitchen is not well stocked. It's a house that could be 4-5 stars easily with not too much work. It's just in need of a refresh.

Great Location but overall underwhelming

This home is in a great location but really needs to be upgraded. The furnishings are dated and worn out, very surprising that many others commented on the kitchen's lack of silverware but nothing has been done to rectify the problem. We used plastic spoons and forks that were obviously left by someone else. I wouldn't stay here again unless there wasn't anything else available.

Great house and location

Wonderful quiet street five minutes walk to beach. Large house with plenty of room. They should consider updating the furnishings a bit, but still a good place.

Location was great. House could use an upgrade and some TLC. There was not a full set of silverware and not enough forks or spoons for everyone to eat at one time. No pot holders. Kitchen lacked major essential items. Pool was not heated. Cute house on the outside.

Great vacation

Our family has such a good time at Lucky Charm. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of fluffy towels, and the place was very clean. The place could use some updates, both in style and function (the dishwasher door slams open, but dishwasher works). We had a couple of maintenance issues when we arrived but they were handled promptly. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk away. We definitely recommend Lucky Charm and would stay again.

Beautiful memories with family and friends

If the beach wasn't so nice we would be unhappy. The property smelled like bug spray, only 2 of 4 televisions worked, the property needs a deep clean and fresh paint. There was a roach in the cutlery drawer.

The house, location, and layout were very good. The roach problem was overwhelming. They are breeding behind the fridge we think. We saw them in all sizes.

It is a very nice house. We had plenty of room.

It was a nice home that has been kept up well. We had to called the rental office and any issue was resolved quickly. I would highly recommend this house.
