Awesome Stay, less than a block from the beach!

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location and convenient to lots of things. The only issue we had is that it was advertised as having 3 king beds downstairs but only 2 of them were king.

Beautiful stay in the best neighborhood

Loved our stay at Cassine Village. Super convenient to everything. The house was lovely and spacious. Everything was super clean except for the floors (which we noticed since we were barefoot). Perfect for a family getaway.

Great home

We really enjoyed the house. It was very clean, beds pretty comfy and the location and walk to beach was easy. Fish network not so great, we packed a roku stick and it was all good.

Roomy house in picturesque neighborhood

Very nice accommodations for kids and grandkids - plenty room for 7 adults and 4 kids. Great for biking, walking, restaurants, and shopping, and beautiful beach in walking distance. Parking for 4 cars.

Family Vacation at the Gulf

The house was spacious. We loved the floor plan and adequate seating for everyone to gather. Our grandsons loved the pool! It was within walking distance to the beach which was great. We had wonderful weather during our stay.

Fabulous home in Cassine Village

Our family loved this property in Cassine Village at Seagrove Beach! It was so much bigger than we were expecting and the open floor plan was perfect for family time. The management company was quick to respond to our questions and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely return to Cassine Dream very soon!

Perfect home for a large family

This was our family’s 9th year in this exact area and this has been the best house we have rented. There was enough space for 4 teenagers and the adults had plenty of space as well. Very clean and beach accessible. 10/10

Wonderful for family to gather

This home was a wonderful place for our family to gather for the week! Plenty of room for people of all ages. Nice neighborhood and close to the beach. Management was super easy to work with and even delivered extra blankets one evening. House was well stocked and the only thing lacking was potholders and a few extra large pans. The only real issue was with Direct Tv.

Perfect vacation home

For the most part we had everything we needed. It did say all we needed was sunscreen and beach towels. Lacking in some cooking utensils. I would recommend bring a pan with a lid and some beach chairs. Loved the location and was very spacious for 9 of us! Perfect walk to the beach. You can even grab you a slice of pizza on the way!!

Loved our Santa Rosa beach house!

Our family so enjoyed everything about this home. We had all our adult kids and 3 grandchildren with us and everyone had the best time. The neighborhood is so cute, we enjoyed the tennis, pool, hiking trails, cute little pond and the quiet atmosphere. The beach is so close! Loved that we could walk in less than 5 minutes. We rented bikes and had so much fun but we loved just spending time with our family and the home was simply perfect for us. The A/C kept the upstairs very cool and the bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and clean. We will be back when we hit the beach in the future.

Quiet neighborhood

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: - The house is much larger than it appears in the photos. - It is very close to the beach, about a 5-minute walk. You do have to cross the busy 30A road, but there are plenty of crosswalks, and cars always stop to let walkers cross. - The neighborhood is very quiet.- The pool was hard to find. We found it by accident. _ A lot of the beach area is blocked off for the private homes. They even had a guard to shoo people away. So everyone is bunched together in small areas because there are so many "private" beach sections. - The floors were really dirty. We purchased a mop, bucket, and floor cleaner, and after 4 moppings, it was still dirtying our feet and/or socks. (We did not wear shoes in the house)_ Overall, it is a great house.

Great location!

Fantastic location and darling home. The one thing that I would be sure to let future renters know is that the outdoor plugs used to charge a golf cart were continually tripped. There was no rain during our stay so it was not water tripping the gfi. 2 different days we went out to find our cart had not charged sufficiently to use it due to the breakers even after we had reset them several times. If you get a gas cart that would not be an issue and otherwise the home was great! Looks just like the pictures and is very close to the beach!

Reviewer Comments: The house was open and clean with a good lay out, large bedrooms and closets. The en suite walk in shower was very nice. The main bedroom bed was way too high for the family member that was supposed to stay there. We had issues getting any cable tv to work which upset some of the family who felt they needed that to wind down at the end of the day, but the Netflix and Disney+ came in handy for the children. Literally only “steps from the beach” and even closer to the pool was nice. Although we couldn’t see any water from our windows, you could see it as soon as you stepped out the back door. There are a few restaurants in the area and several more not too far away although the traffic through the area on 30a can take a while to get through. We enjoyed dinner at FOOW, the Big Chill, Pickles, and McGuires in Destin, Goatfeathers and the pizza at Brozinni was good!

Cassine Dream was just that!

The spacious open plan and large table (even a high chair!) was perfect for our annual big family vacation with grown kids and grandkids. Kitchen was well stocked and spacious as well. Only thing missing was extra blankets for the beds. Otherwise—perfect! Love the quaint neighborhood and 3-minute walk to the beach (and 2-minute walk to the ice cream shop!) We hope to stay here again!

Another Perfect Stay at Cassine Dream

It's absolutely perfect for my family.It's located 10 miles East of Hwy 98 (Stinky's) and 8 miles West of Hwy 98 (Cuvee 30A).I know the distance because we brought bikes this year. We rode all through Cassine Village (and finally got to play Pickleball on the Cassine courts as we forgot paddles last year). We took advantage of the Timpoochee Trail that runs along the 18.6 mile length of 30A and rode 16-20 miles daily. We rode to Publix, Perfect Pig and Pizza by the Sea several times.Having stayed the past 20 years along Emerald Coast with stacked W/D every year and only being able to wash 3 towels at a time, having a full size Washer / Dryer in a dedicated large laundry room is so appreciated!!!There is room for 4 large size cars / pickups plus a 5x8 U-Haul trailer.

Great stay

Great stay at this property. Our only issue was that the ice maker didn’t dispense ice properly, but this was a very small thing that didn’t impact our overall experience. We are already looking at booking the house for next year’s trip.
