Charming space within this character-filled 1912 home! With everything you should need during your stay, this space offers you comfort and privacy in a great location. Just minutes from so many of Austin`s best, you will have no problem finding endless entertainment nearby!

This rental is a small space perfect for two and is the perfect launching pad for your Austin adventure! Please note that this space is beneath the main family home and the walls are thin given it was built over a century ago! The family that lives upstairs has a toddler that generally wakes up around 7:30 AM and goes to bed at 8 PM. They try to be quiet in the morning, but you will likely hear them moving around upstairs during your stay.



We recently redesigned the entire space including a brand new rain shower! You get the character of the old home but the perks of an updated space! We made sure to include all the essentials for you as well to make you as comfortable as possible. With a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and more, it has plenty to offer you! We have also included a cute yellow bistro set outside for you! It`s such a great spot for enjoying your morning coffee.



After a full day of exploring, kick back and relax in the extremely comfortable memory foam king bed that is fitted with luxury hotel quality linens that are seriously comfortable.



Please note that the ceilings in the space are not super high in the bathroom area, making it feel a little low for someone who is taller. Please keep that in mind when booking.



Work from home or be entertained with high speed wifi and large smart TV. Stream your favorites on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and more!



There is plenty of free street parking nearby if you have a vehicle, although not needed when staying in such a location.

This is an attached, but separate basement portion of the house. It`s accessible from the side of the main house. Guests will have access to the entire studio space plus the yellow bistro set outside. Your stay is completely independent, with no need to interact with the household above.
