The fully equipped kitchen comes with Nespresso and is ready for fresh produce from the Orange Farmers' Market (second Saturday monthly in Robertson Park). Orange CBD, the city's wineries and Banjo Paterson Memorial Park — at the site of the original Narrambla property — are all a short drive from the door.
THE LOCATION:
Narambla Estate sits on acreage in Clifton Grove, about 5 minutes' drive north-east of Orange CBD via Ophir Road.
North Orange Shopping Centre (9 Telopea Way, ~5 min drive) covers groceries and everyday essentials. The Orange CBD — about the same drive — opens up Hey Rosey for wine, Lucetta and the Schoolhouse at The Union Bank for dining, and Byng Street Local Store and Groundstone for coffee. Banjo Paterson Memorial Park sits at 330 Ophir Road, a couple of minutes up the road from the property, marking the original Narrambla birthplace site.
For wine, Mortimer's Wines (780 Burrendong Way) is the closest cellar door, around 5 minutes north. Swinging Bridge Wines (701 The Escort Way) is roughly 15 minutes via the city, and ChaLou Wines (569 Emu Swamp Rd, Canobolas) is about 20 minutes south-west. Lake Canobolas (12km) and the Mount Canobolas hiking trails (13km) are both a short drive west, with Borenore Caves a little further on.

There are several local shops where you can purchase firewood on your way into town, or if you prefer, we’d be happy to arrange this for you through the Boarding Pass link included in your booking confirmation and other correspondence from us.
PORTACOT: A portacot is provided as part of our family amenities. Please bring your own cot linen, as this is not supplied.
